Awesome customer service! Derek was very understanding of a family emergency that came up. We love Bear Lake, and this hotel is less than 30 minutes from North Beach. Super fun place to spend the day, then relax in the hot tubs at the hotel for the evening. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

Super railroad friendly. This place was great and the owner was just amazing. We enjoyed staying here for a couple months. They had two hot tubs, a bbq area with a few bbq's, and great Wi-Fi. The room is huge but a little older. The water pressure was great and we always had plenty of hot water. Just so many things about this place that made us feel welcome. It really is the only place I'll stay when I come here.

Rest Assure is a great place to stay. I traveled for work and stayed here 2weeks and it was worth it. Derek keeps the place running smooth. I really enjoyed the grill area which I used often. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The rooms are very large also. I'd definitely stay here again.

Derek was a great host. Since this motel was pet friendly it was worth the 4 day stay. My son has baseball tournaments up there every year. Since this motel was pet friendly I will definitely stay here again. Also it’s only 25 minute drive to the north beach in Bear lake. The hot tubs were brand new and amazing to use after baseball games. Not bad of a price and rooms were decent. I love how they have a regular fridge in the room. Thanks for being a good host Derek. Definitely will stay there again!

Rest Assured Inn and Suites is a very nice budget motel that keeps up with updates and offers updated rooms at a low premium. Derek at the front desk was very helpful and even gave us tips and ideas for our vacation to Bear Lake. Rest Assured also offers bikes for guest use which was a nice addition and has two jacuzzi spas. Room did smell heavily like cleaner but I opened a window and turned on the av and it faded away quickly. Overall I was pleased with my stay and would stay there again.

The rooms are dated but they are clean and you can tell effort is made to make the rooms friendly. The staff were nice and checked in with us each time we saw them. Everything worked in the room lots light options which is one annoying thing about motels. Every effort is made to keep the place looking nice and not run down.

This is the second time I've stayed here when my family is in the area. It has the best location (across the street from the best pizza place) and the rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. When we come back next year we will be staying here again. Also, make sure to talk to the owner about places to visit in the area. He has local knowledge and have us the best places to stop and visit. Bloomington Lake needs to be a must on your list!! The pics are of the lake!! This was a recommended stop and I had to share!

My husband and I stayed the night at the Rest Assured Hotel and were happy with the friendly greeting we received. We ended up checking in at noon because we drove from Davenport WA the night before and were exhausted. He had a room available, we were so grateful! The room was clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable!!I I would definitely recommend this place!

The room and amenities were not great. But you get what you pay for. When the Super 8 around the corner is the nicer/more expensive option in town, logic says you shouldn't expect much.

However, we experienced some of THE BEST service from the management we have ever seen during our stay here. We were visiting to participate in the Bear Lake Brawl triathlon and needed to leave at about 6 AM the next morning. When we checked in, the manager made sure we were aware that the office did not open until 8 AM and we could leave our key in the room the next morning to check out.

The morning came and we were loading our car when we realized we had locked the room with the key inside and had left one of our competition bikes in the room. We thought for sure we would not be able to get it before the race, but we tried ringing the bell at the office anyways. The manager came to the rescue and did not give us a single word of grief about the situation. We were very impressed and she saved my bacon!

I booked this through booking.com but wish I would have just called them direct. I had something come up and booking.com wanted to charge me for the stay. When I called the property to ask him, he said he would cancel free of charge. I ended up calling booking.com and they called the property and he cancelled free of charge.
When I do get the chance, I will 100% stay here. Just knowing the customer service they had towards me, that was enough to know that this is a great place to stay.

Had a great experience here! The owner purchased the motel 3 years ago and is remodeling everything. Quiet, relaxing location. Brand new mattresses! We woke up to a flat tire on our first day there, the owner happened to be walking by and asked if I wanted any help getting it off and repaired at the shop next door. I politely declined, but he insisted that I not get dirty before I start my day with my family. He jumped in and jacked up the van, then took the tire next door. After it was repaired I was rolling the tire back and he ran out of the office and took over, putting it back on. Amazing how helpful he was. We chatted extensively. Obviously this won't be everyone's experience, but I can tell that he is putting every effort he can into the motel and the customer experience! I would stay here in the future!

My sister and I were traveling cross country and visiting relatives in ID. We read reviews and weren't terribly impressed but this inn was the only one who would accept cats. We were very pleasantly surprised. The room was CLEAN, the beds were very comfortable, the water was HOT and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. We will stay again when in town...

Very nice rooms the beds are the most comfortable ive ever slept in and the rooms are really clean ester does a great job Derrick that runs the front desk is really good guy overall 5 stars

This is a great pet friendly motel. The room was reasonably priced and the beds were comfortable. They also gave us a package of dog treats when we checked in. I will be staying here for sure every time I pass through.

Very comfy place to stay.... Nice clean rooms. Staff very nice and helpful. Pets are welcome here. Bring your own hairdryer. Prices are good.

Moderately priced, older style motel. Well maintained and cleaned. Hot tub was a nice retreat!
