Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

The gentleman that served me yesterday was SO helpful and easy to talk to! I have recently moved from the UK, so I am not used to the different types of paint, but ALL of the staff at S-W Lake Geneva have guided me through the painting of our house that we recently purchased and remodeled.
Couldn't find a more lovely bunch of experts if you tried, nothing is too much trouble:)

I walked in and noticed right away how clean and organized this store was. The service person was helpful and offered me a discount because they didn't have in stock the paint I came in for. Polite, friendly, and good service! I highly recommend this store!

We have been here a few times now and the staff is always very helpful and polite.

The last time we were in, Leeann was extremely helpful and even went the extra mile to check surrounding stores for a paint color we were looking to match to a piece of pottery we have. (They were out of a base color needed to get the color we wanted) fortunately we didn't need the paint right away and we will be back once they receive the color needed.

In addition to this, Leeann also was able to save us money on a different color by explaining the differences between the lines of paint they had and what separated them from one another allowing us to make our best decision on what we needed for the room we were painting.

You get what you pay for.

Great service, stupid good selection (Sometimes I find the selection overwhelming....), and the occasional discounts make it reasonable to buy. I think the quality is top notch, too.

I just recently used another no-name sort of brand for a volunteer job, and while it worked fine, you still had some runs and the like that you really just don't get with SW (as long as you're not practically tossing the can on the wall..).

I was immediately greeted, helped and checked out. Had old paint and they were able to match exact color within 10 minutes. Great service and reasonable pricing.

Everyone loves Sherwin-Williams! Except when they're on a low budget! ! Then they go across the street to Home Depot!

Brought in a used 5 gallon container of paint for our walls from the painter. They put the remaining paint into a gallon container for me no charge.

Employee knew exactly how to help me and listened to what project I was working on and he helped me find everything I needed.
