Root Therapy and Wellness

I had a fantastic experience with Root Therapy. I saw Kristi for a little over year after my knee injury. I find Kristi's approach to be an excellent balance between compassionate care and skillful clinical application. Our communication throughout the process was excellent. I feel that my challenges in rehabbing were met with patience, curiosity, and creativity, which helped me stay the course and remain positive. In later stages we focused on regaining competence in the sport and training activities that I enjoy the most. Some of my lifts are actually much stronger now than before my injury thanks to Kristi's work correcting imbalances that had been flying under the radar for years. I loved celebrating my wins with Kristi and feel like she was genuinely rooting for me every step of the way. Everyone I interacted with at Root Therapy was kind, friendly, and reliable. My insurance was always billed correctly and in a timely manner. I highly recommend!

I’m not a patient, but my wife is. Constantly through the week, we end up talking about all the important treatments that take place at Root Therapy, and I’m grateful for them as a business because they provide relief to the love of my life unlike anyone or anything else can. She’s tried every pharmaceutical med, which likely made things worse, endless hours with doctors and various treatment people, so many hours of research, and nothing helps the way the appointments at this clinic help. Whether it’s her hip pain, lymphatic issues, digestive problems or overall lack of bodily function causing implications- she gets so much relief from her treatments here. We are thankful for this clinic!

I have known Kezia for several years and gotten treatments at Root Therapy & Wellness since they opened years ago. I used to have to travel out of state for treatments anywhere close to what is capable of happening at this clinic. I could not be more thankful that she opened this in Bozeman so much closer to my home, I have had a complicated health history for most of my adult life. After being hit by a semi in 2014, I sustained injuries that left me with a 10 level fused metal neck, metal hip, metal arm, and metal heel. The internal injuries were just as complicated and require regular motility and organ treatments in order for me to digest food, and stay away from needing a feeding tube. Without these treatments, I can’t imagine my quality of life. Even Neelie, who works the front desk since opening, has become a good friend, and everyone in the Clinic is wonderful to work with. So thankful for crossing paths with Kezia when I did- she’s a wonderful friend and medical professional who always goes the extra distance to make people feel comfortable and treat whomever enters her clinic with kindness and respect.
