Excel Physical Therapy

I would recommend Excel Therapy to anyone who needs this service. All the Physical Therapist are great friendly and very professional people.
The office personnel are also friendly and accommodating to your schedule, they work very hard to make your appointments to fit your schedule.

Excel Physical Therapy (especially compared to another experience I had at a different physical therapist here in town) blows other PT offices out of the water.

The facility is impeccably clean, creating a welcoming environment that reflects a commitment to health and well-being.

Dan took the time to thoroughly understand my needs, and he explained the treatment plan with clarity and consideration. I highly recommend Dan at Excel for anyone seeking high-quality care in a clean and respectful setting. His dedication to his patients is truly commendable, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations.

I went to Dan 2 months ago for an unknown wrist pain that my last PT was unable to solve, only temporarily alleviate. Dan took a different approach and I an happy to say the problem is gone and I have more mobility than ever! He was super engaging with me and went more in depth with things knowing that I am in school on the track to becoming a physical therapist myself. Will absolutely come back here for any future problems!

I've been a patient at Excel for several years for different injuries. They are such a great group of providers! I'm seeing Dan for shoulder issues, and he's been great with all aspects of my care. He even made dry-needling tolerable for me - and I showed lots of improvement from the first session with him. I ripped my meniscus at the root and didn't have a good PT. I was referred to Jason but due to schedules, I ended up with AJ. I am beyond pleased. AJ is professional and knows when to push and also tells you when to not push so you can build your body back the right way. If you are an athlete he gets it. As a runner, biker, skier, and rock climber he understands the love for the outdoors and how to get you back out there. He is personable and funny and his high energy is contagious. It is refreshing to have someone who knows what they are doing and knows how to treat the patient for their age and level. He doesn't do the one-size-fits-all approach. I would encourage anyone to check out Excel if they want to get back to the things they love outdoors or even just life.

The staff at Excel - Todd Bushman especially - have been committed and supportive from the moment I 'walked' in with a ruptured Achilles tendon. Whether it was communicating with my surgical team, assessing my physical capacity, or creating new challenging workout regimens, Todd was knowledgeable and empathetic every step of the way. He has even lent advice on training in aspects beyond my Achilles - a wonderful resource! With the versatility and dedication of the entire Excel staff and their tools, I have been able to return to my outdoor pursuits more quickly than I could have imagined. I hope I'll never again have to use their services, but if/when my body breaks down I'll know who to call.

5 stars for sure! I was referred to David Colleta by a friend, telling me he is the "best neck guy in Bozeman". While that certainly is true, David worked with me to get my entire body working properly which, in turn, helped my neck tremendously. After decades of chronic neck issues, the biggest benefit was David teaching me how to prevent or deal with any future issues with my neck. Thank you, David!

Excel PT has been a wonderful service provider for my family with our sports, occupational (office sitting), and middle-age induced injuries (always something new). Even our son has received great help with strength-building for track and cross-country. They are very experienced professionals and personally caring. We've known and dealt with 5 or so of their PTs over the years; somewhat recently including, Tiffany S., Todd B., David C., and Nikki K. (please excuse misspellings). The front office is wonderfully staffed too! Excel is also part of the community. They sponsor events and host very helpful clinics on many subjects, with advice to stay uninjured and out of care! I've had great service from the massage team as well; thank you James.

Todd did a wonderful job listening, watching, explaining, and then making me work. He also created a highly directed and effective at home program for me to follow to continue gaining strength and improving. I had a lot of people suggesting that I would need rotator cuff surgery, but Todd helped me build the surrounding muscles to support the injured tendon. Thank you!

My daughter, a cross-country runner, has a hip injury and was referred to Megan Peach. Megan was amazing! She videotaped my daughter running on the treadmill and then did a thorough evaluation of her running form. She has her doing exercises to improve her form and videotaped them for her to use as a guide. We have two insurance coverages and their office said they would contact both before billing us, which we greatly appreciate. I cannot recommend this place enough!

David brings a world of experience and expertise. I've started working with him just recently, and already I am experiencing great relief.

I had to go to PT after I dislocated my knee, and I am so glad that I went to Excel. They were very friendly from the moment I walked in the door. Unfortunately I’ve put myself in a position, several times now:), that requires professional help putting the wheels back on. The good part is that I lucked out and had the pleasure of meeting and working with several therapists and their colleagues at Excel. In short, I will say that these folks are the best in the business. Period. They have not only managed to get me back on the trails, they always did so in such a personalized and effective manner. My PT was knowledgeable and interested in helping me solve my hip issue, which he did, with humor and grace. Admin staff were friendly and helpful.

After suffering chronic headaches for years and having it ramp up to 1-2 per week, I came to Excel to work with David Coletta. After 7 weeks of therapy I've only had 1 bad headache and have had a huge decrease in neck and head pain overall. David did an amazing job pinpointing the source of the pain and giving me exercises to do on an ongoing basis to maintain a pain free neck/reduce headaches. So so grateful! And definitely recommend him and all the pts at Excel having worked with a few of them for various body issues.

Jason is awesome! I've seen Jason many times to get bike fits in order to keep me riding pain and injury free. Each time he dials me in, it's like getting extra power and speed. Highly professional and totally recommended!

I would recommend AJ without hesitation. He was conscientious of the fact that I was paying out of pocket, quickly pinpointed my issues, and set me up with exercises for my shoulder and ankle, both chronic problem areas. I'm active running, biking, skiing, and climbing and had been limited/in pain in all activities. I noticed a significant difference in pain and function after just the evaluation and a few weeks of exercises, and am on my way back to being strong, active and pain-free. Thank you, AJ and team!!
