This practice is incredibly well organized. The staff and Dr. Sayko are so kind and caring. They outreach to me for all of my health care follow ups like for mammogram and flu shot, it is super easy to send requests to the portal. The amazing team always sends a prompt response. Awesome service.

I had my first visit with Monisha Sarin yesterday, she was so knowledgeable, i was suffering for 4 months with a rare skin disorder. She put me on a plan right away, and she even pinpointed some of the cause. Just a wonderful exprienced Dr. She was punctual, great bedside manners and easy to talk to. I thank her for helping me!

My husband and I have been new patients for a year. Dr Sarin and Vicki are amazing, knowledgeable, attentive every time we have needed them.

I was a little concerned about my first visit to SVMC because of recent reviews.
After my visit today, I give a 5 star review. Everyone I saw was very Professional, Courteous, and Friendly. I met with Dr. Siran and was very pleased with my visit. Had blood work taken, and that was very well done. Oh, also, the place was very clean. Thank you SVMC.

This review is for Dr. Jaquith-Houston who works at this medical facility. My children have been going to see this Doctor for years. He is always very pleasant, caring, and knows what he is talking about. Best Doctor hands down.

Been going to St Vincent in auburn for 6 years or so now and not one single complaint. The staff is always very professional and get the care I need.

Don't try to become a new patient. One of the only providers in the area approved by my insurance (gotta love our insurance setup in this country) so I called to try and set up an appointment. Bad enough that it's over a year out till anyone can get in, but the receptionist was immediately and unnecessarily very rude. Like the prospect of needing medical care in this country was offensive to her. Got my last prescription from my previous dr. before she left the field and now just left to fend for myself when I run out.

I haven't been a patient of theirs in probably 3 years now? I'm still getting texts and email reminders for a 'wellness visit'. The 'stop to opt out' option doesn't work and there's no unsubscribe from the emails. So far I've been on hold over 10 minutes trying to get a human being who can hopefully fix it. The stunning lack of attention to detail only validates my choice to run screaming from these people.

Awful experiences. So my doctor retired and myself, husband and future baby all were in need of a new doctor. This practice was advertised as a family practice. I called when still pregnant and was able to make appointments for me and my husband but was told they couldn't schedule my baby's first appointment until she was born. I called after she was born as she needed to be seen within the next few days and I was told someone would follow up to schedule the appointment later that day or the following day. No one ever contacted me, I had to call again. I was then told Dr. Sarin had no availability and the other doctors did not see pediatrics. Ultimately they were able to double book to get her in which I was grateful for but unsure why they don't have blocked appointments for these cases if they don't allow you to schedule appointments until the birth. We arrived and requested to be called when the appointment was ready as I didn't want my 3 day old sitting in the lobby. I was told there's usually no one in the lobby and there wasn't at the time so we went inside and as we walked through the door there was a person checking in answering COVID screening saying he tested positive 3 weeks ago. We returned to the car and I called again to request they call. After waiting past our appointment time my husband decided we should come in and luckily we did as the nurse came out and called us in a few minutes in later, I don't think she knew we had requested a call. We sat in the room and after the nurse checked her Dr. Sarin poked her head in and asked if we were a different patient. When we said no we could then hear her loudly start berating her staff in frustration, including insulting one of their personal apprarances. It was very unprofessional. She came in and didn't very brief exam, didn't even ask if I had any questions or concerns as a new first time mother, no bedside manner. She then asked if I was looking for a pediatrician. I was confused as I thought she was to be my pediatrician. She explained she only sees a few pediatric patients and couldn't even offer any recommendations. She recommended I return in 2 months and didn't discuss any vaccine schedules. I left crying and will certainly be looking for a new prac for all of us.

Would never recommend. I made an appointment six months ago to be seen for the first time. My appointment after waiting for months was canceled then switched to the end of January. Fine another month at this point is no big deal. Then it was canceled yet again so I called we set up a new date and later that day it was canceled yet again. They claim to accept new patients but obviously can’t keep an appointment set. Find a different place if you actually need to see a dr.

I have been a patient of St. Vincent's Medical group for nearly 20 years. My original doctor moved on and I have been calling other offices to find a doctor accepting patients for a few months. I finally get an appointment, was fit in for a telehealth appointment to get prescription refills and within a week my new Nurse practicioner has left. I have now called a few other offices and requested a new patient appointment with another provider within St Vincent's and waited a week for the medical assistant to call me back and say that this particular provider is taking new patients but has reviewed my chart as a long time patient and decided she "cannot" take me on as a patient! Absolutely ridiculous. While I understand that providers can accept patients at their discretion, clearly St Vincent's is having staffing issues and that problem is affecting patient care, yet providers who have the capacity to take patients are turning them away with no explanation. What are people supposed to do when they need care or prescriptions when they are being given the run around for months to find a new provider. St. Vincent's Medical Group needs to get it together.

Called to see if I could get a new doctor as my doctor was no longer there but thought maybe I could stay with this office (Auburn rte20). Woman who answered phone sourly went into a long rant about how letters were sent out over a year ago and went on and on about finally telling me that I'd have to request my records as it said in the letter. Very very rude. People calling for a doctor might not be in the greatest emotional shape. Perhaps you should rethink your career in the human services industry if my question was so ignorant and annoying to you.
