AT&T Store

Great job!!
This AT&T store really works good!
I was attended by a guy named Angel and he was so friendly, helpful, kind and practical.
I needed a couple informations and transfer a number to another new phone, was quickly and he show me how to get my plan better.
Was most than I expected!
Also the store is clean, in order and has a great location with a huge parking.

I had questions about my 4g service. Mariah was very professional and pleasant and was able to assist me in my upgrade. She went above and beyond with confidence to provide me with excellent service

Very happy with my experience! I was attended by someone named Michael, super attentive and polite to me, he spoke Spanish, because I don't speak English and he helped me with everything! Excellent service!

David, store manager of the Park Ave. store, did a stellar job today helping us resolve an issue that we had (with another store) for months. He helped us resolve it in one day. What a kind, helpful and efficient manager. AT&T is lucky to have him!

I have been having a problem paying off my cell phone the last 2 days. I was on the phone with AT&T for 2 hours yesterday with no results. I was told it was a Credit card issue went to my Bank today and was over an hour waiting for an answer no results. Came here to Avriana and within minutes she solved the problem that 4 people from
AT&T couldn’t do. I appreciate her knowledge and expertise. A job well done

went in today with my daughter got new devices and the two guys Brian and randell were a great pleasure to be around they were so helpful and kind. they explained ever detail of the device and how my bill would change i hope to see them again on my next visit to purchase another device. They were just so knowledgeable about everything.

I had the pleasure to work with Brian yesterday. He was professional and respectful while still providing the best service. Super outgoing and made the process feel comfortable and easy. It was the most welcoming AT&T store I have ever been to.

I swing by at this store yesterday afternoon to get my new AirPods Pro 2nd Gen and I waited less than 5 minutes I got it say the customer service is above and beyond at this store,I definitely recommend this store to another AT&T members.

I can not express how amazing Kayla was. Att sent me the wrong phone and I had to spend 4 hours trying to get it fixed. Kayla was just a pleasure to be with during this time. She was Patient she talked with and she made me feel so much better about the changes that were going to happen with this whole situation and she finally convinced me to get the Apple Watch. I had been want to get one and she made it so smooth and easy to understand A+ service.
Tom was also so helpful and explaining price for me and assuring me it would all work out which it did.
David spent so much time on the phone with att trying to fix their(att) mistake.
Awesome team effort they rock. Thank you guys for everything

Made another visit to the store today.a great experience
Randell and Brian were so amazing helpful and kind to my mother and me. It was a great experience today. These gentlemen were the high light of my day. Thanks boys

The customer service rep, Avriana, is top shelf. She made the phone upgrade seamless. I'll schedule with her in the future.

However, the AT&T scheduling tool allowed me to schedule an appointment for 9 AM, but the store opens at 10 AM. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ON BEHALF OF AT&T TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WHEN THE STORE IS CLOSED! PLUS, THIS IS AN AT&T STORE NOT A THIRD PARTY VENDOR SO THERE SHOULD BE NO EXCUSES FOR THE ERROR.

Other than the scheduling SNAFU, my experience was excellent. Avriana did a wonderful job.

Adrian was very helpful when I came in to upgrade my phone. Very knowledgeable, patient, and cool to work with! The manager Dillon was also great! Will only be going to this store for all of my phone upgrades😄

The customer service representatives in the store are very kind and knowledgeable. The people over the phone where not helping at all. I love in person customer service and I only and always visit that location.

I went in for a upgrade and left beyond satisfied Mariah was great and was very knowledgeable about how to help me and she went beyond that to not only help me but to bundle it and lower my bill in the process

Yesterday I was in seriously need of a phone. I contacted Alex F. from the park ave location which was a great help in opening a new line and getting me a new phone shipped. He was extremely patient with me and explain each step of the process which was helpful and gave me the confidence that he was going to take care of all the needs. He opened a line and got my phone shipped to me which I received the day after. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He help over exceed my expectations. I was left happy and pleased with my experience. Thank you Alex I love my new phone!!!
