Love going in and getting things tweaked, usually while you wait. Good selection of used clubs in good condition.

Brian is very helpful and knowledgeable, if you need any repairs, reshafting, regripping, etc he does a great job

I just left Golfers Warhouse in Auburn MA and without quesiotn had the most positive experience in a golf shop in the 50+ years I have been playing this game! As a high handicapper in need of getting refit with clubs I came in for my 1st ever analysis and club fitting not really knowing what to expect. Store manager John Simanski couldn't have made me feel more welcome! John's warm personality immediately made me feel at ease in the 1st 2 minutes in the bay. John gave me a full understanding of what all of the metrics in the analysis meant and how various differences in equiptment would impact and possibly benefit my game, which is exactly what I'd hoped to come away from my visit. Additionally I was impressed with both the competent team John has in the operation, as well as the vast assortment of equiptment, accessories and clothing in this extremely well stocked operation. In my experience, most retailers often have similar, if not exactly the same products to offer. And in most cases pricing is quite often spot on from store to store. But the difference in my mind comes down to customer service. And I truly can say I have never had had a better customer experience than I did today at Golfer's Warehouse in Auburn.Thank you again John for you time, attention, assistance and and best in class experince I had today!

Chris and the rest of the guys at golfers warehouse are great! I was able to try a bunch of different combinations until we got it right for my irons and woods. Only golf store I go to now , galaxy and superstore don’t even compare. Plus 90-day satisfaction guarantee is unheard of in the golf industry. Thanks to Chris , guy knows what he’s talking about. What makes the Auburn Golfers Warehouse stand above all other golf stores is their customer service. I have been going to the Auburn store for years now and not only have I received excellent service, but I have made some friends. I frequently hold golf tournaments so I am in the store a lot. They always point me in the right direction when it comes to the newest and hottest equipment. Their friendly, welcoming, and positive attitudes are apparent from the first step in the store. They go above and beyond for their customers, which is why I will always go the the Auburn Golfers Warehouse for everything I need!

The best 10 minute shopping experience I've had in awhile. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful! It was a strange feeling not having to walk around the store for 15 min looking for help! I was greeted instantly and learned things about putting trainers that I didn't know existed! I'll be back.

This store has it all! Complete sets, clothing, accessories, plus the staff is above excellent. Knowledgeable, courteous, professional, etc. Example: I had a club that needed the shaft extracted and I called. The associate quoted me a very fair price. I had the club there in 1/2 hour. The tech took it and fixed it within 10 minutes. I asked how much, he said “forget it, didn’t take any time to fix” I had to literally push a gratuity into his hand. You earned a loyal customer

My husband and I went to be fitted for a few clubs recently and both were overly impressed. This is not just a run of the mill chain store. Customer service was better than expected, everyone there was very knowledgeable. You can definitely tell that everyone there loves what they do. I will recommend this place to anyone who is looking to find the perfect club for their swing style and speed.

Place is solid, John is best in the business... knows just about everything, if he doesn't have it, he'll find it for ya.... as solid as they get! Not a huge amount of clothes but the stuff they have is up to date and better priced than 3 other places within 20 miles. Fact! Don't pass it up!

I came in to have my driver fixed. Which I bought from them probably 2 years ago. It was fixed at no charge to me! Thank You! Meanwhile, I’m pretty sure the salesman’s name was Craig, sold me a set of used Taylormade p790 irons! Certainly wasn’t looking to buy anything at all, but I left very happy! Thank You!

Craig and Brian!!! Their customer service goes unmatched! I went in for a new club and Craig recognized right away that I needed my set (that was gifted to me from their sister store) sized. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. They went back and forth on the best way to make this right. Whether it would be a new petite set or to resize them. I opted for resize as they wouldn’t have the exact color Reva set I have. But they were patient with all of my newbie questions that I had. I left there with more than I went in for but without a new club as Craig suggested I try the new size first. Amazing, they were just amazing. I will be back with my other newbie golfing friends!

John the manager took the time to set me up with some beginner level Tour Edge clubs. Put me in the golf simulator and determined I needed graphite clubs,,who knew? Great experience overall and I would highly recommend the Auburn location. Just so happens that there is a nice golf range just down the street.
