It's a great library. There's plenty parking. The library is spacious and bright. Librarians were very nice and professional. The restrooms were well maintained. The children's area was big. I love all the cool places that could turn into reading stations.

Simply awesome place and location. Have no regrets with deal the developer offered us for our house for this facility to be brought to completion. We moved a block away and our kids are there almost daily when not at Baseball games at Bethlehem Little League.

Update 2-8-2022: They have reopened after the pandemic scare and follow safe distancing. Just a great location for a library and we are so near still wonderful place.

Update 11-21-2022: the staff are awesome, so many programs and learning opportunities available. They have a wonderful 3d printer (minimal cost) for your needs right outside the computer learning center.

Update 3-16-2023: very busy today they have many programs going on. They have adequate staff it appears and the computers are very busy.

Update 8-33-2023: lots of kids activities today. Normal patrons also. Staff very busy.

Update 10-27-2023: They are having graduation photos taken, there is a function out back by the lake. Lots of library users. Very busy.

This really is a beautiful library in beautiful surroundings. All kinds of spaces throughout the library for you to just sit and read, browse through your phone, or just study quietly. The window views are awesome too. There's literally something for everybody. Very welcoming and inclusive environment. Such a peaceful way to spend a day.

Another great Henrico County library, with lots of types of spaces. Free study rooms, multi- media center, and books!

Such a clean and friendly place. The meeting room that I was in was nice, and when we were finished, someone cleaned the room. This was my second time meeting at this library, and I have nothing but good things to say.

We love Libbie Mill Library. My children enjoy their children's section. I appreciate that they have seek and finds that rotate relatively often. The kids look forward to that activity. We also use the drive up option to pick up books, which makes it fast and easy. The outdoor features are great too. The pond has a nice walking path around it and the patio has plenty of seating.

First time in the library and it was awesome! Staff was so helpful and friendly. I had multiple tasks to complete and the staff had no problem, when I had concerns on getting them done. The print, scan and checkout process is smooth as well. Very clean! Will def be one of my fav spots to relax and/or conduct work.

Thoroughly modern facility, accessible from Staples Mill Rd. or Libbie Ave., in the center of the Libbie Mill development. Not as many physical books and magazines, as it's designed for the tech age/digital era. Includes: street-curb parking spots in addition to parking lot areas; outdoor benches; entrances on opposite sides of the building (facing N/S); multiple floors w/stairs & escalator; lots of seating areas with outlets to recharge devices; computers for public use; free wifi. Advice: It's quieter away from young childrens' area. Stop and admire the views from the tall glass windows!

There are a ton of books that will keep you occupied for years. Great location and fun times for the family. Go and read a book. While you are at it. Go read a banned book and figure out what is so bad! I will tell you it is not that bad. Great place for the LGBT community. Very welcoming environment for all.

A lovely, modern, and quiet library with study rooms and community spaces. It can get crowded at times in these areas, but you can use the computers to reserve rooms as needed. Because the on-site book selection is smaller, I’ve found it 1000% easier to use the app to place holds on books and have them delivered to this library (from any of the Henrico public libraries.)

Beautiful modern library with a huge collection of books for every age and interest. Our 3-year-old granddaughter enjoyed the bilingual books which we could read in both her native Spanish and English. Nice park like setting with lots of picnic tables and benches. This is our grandchildren s favorite library in the Richmond area.

I was pleased with the Library and it was easy to find my way around the library. The staff was helpful when I had questions. Easy automatic check out. Computers 🖥 available for Henrico County Public Library card holders.
I visited for the first time. Is off Rt. 33 (Staples Mill Road) back behind a shopping center. It would have been helpful to have a sign on Rt. 33 (Staples Mill Road) showing where to turn to get to the Libbie Mill Library.

My favorite library! Spacious, bright, and beautiful, brimming over with good reads, and friendly faces ready to help if you need it. While they handled the worst of pandemic times exceptionally well with contactless pickup, I am thrilled to be able to browse and pick up books again inside the libraries. There is plenty of space to think and read, too, inside and outside of the library. I especially love their drive through drop-off for efficient returns. Likewise, I appreciate their easy to use, self checkout stations in the library. I highly recommend a visit to Libbie Mill Library. It might just reignite your love of your learning! 🤗📚

Erica, was extremely helpful and kind with assisting me with library card complications and making a payment to print documents.

Highly recommend!
