I have known them and have been going here for years, never once had a bad experience. They have become close friends and I feel like I am taking my car to a family member when I get any work done. I trust them completely! Eric, Sue and the whole staff are just great! Its truly a blessing to have such trustworthy and decent people you can take your vehicles to, RECOMMEND HIGHLY!

I took my Jeep here for a complicated issue, they diagnosed it when the dealership couldn't and helped me find the best deal on a hard to find part replacement. Wayyy above and beyond what I was expecting and didn't charge me an arm and leg either! Here is a happy customer and I found the place that is my go to for auto work! :)

You know it right when they say everything you want to hear. I know what the problem is (after two others did not). We should do both so you are not back on six months. And we saw you needed something else when it was apart so there was no extra labor. I WILL recommend this family business.

This was our first time using Caporale and won't be our last. We had to have our AC in our van replaced this week, and when our usual spot was busy for weeks, we had to look elsewhere. By recommendation of a coworker, we ended up here. They were extremely fast with a diagnosis and able to get the parts the next day, and do the repair the day after that. They have fantastic customer service and were very fair with pricing. Thank you so much for helping us out so quickly!

I was recommended to this business by a friend. Finding someone you trust to work on your vehicle these days is SO hard. From the time I called and spoke with the woman in the office (so sorry I forgot her name!), to picking my vehicle up, it was a great experience. We were given an estimate by phone, they were willing to fax it so that we had it in writing (other shops were not)...were very open and honest about what I was being charged for, what could possibly change, and they delivered exactly what they said they would, AND within 24 hours. I wasn't charged a penny over the estimate and the AC in my car is completely fixed and working great. Didn't try to upsell me on anything else, were very courteous and professional. I don't think it gets any better than this. Thank you!

I brought my vehicle here mainly because of the favorable reviews previously posted. I'm pleased to say that the reviews were correct. I was particularly pleased to learn that they don't automatically assess the dreaded Diagnostic Fee. Instead they indicated that they only charge for diagnostics if it's required to isolate a difficult problem.
Their response time was prompt, pleasant people on staff and fair price.

My fathers been going here for years, both at the old location and new. So last year when my car started overheating and ac stopped working I brought it in. They fixed it within 2 days and I was back on the road. Fast forward to this week and I started having the same problems. Brought it back in fully expecting a large bill and a week without a vehicle. It was ready in two days and because it was the same problem as the previous year, the part was still under warranty and I didnt have to pay. I only paid for the pills change! They were super nice and friendly and prompt. I'll always go back for any repairs!

These guys are the best I highly recommend them for big jobs or little ones I will be coming back if needed thank you so much other places didn’t even want to do my engine replacement but caporale auto happily did!

Being new to Florida i really didn't know which company i could trust and those i should stay away from.During service they kept me informed every step of the way and kept to the quoted price. after driving on turnpike & 50 found a flat rear tire next day.... We were able to temporarily fill tire and drive to their location. Suzanne was courteous on phone & provided friendly service. Tire was patched & I wasn’t given the run around & sales pitch you get from most places.... i was able to go about my business.

I have a 1998 and 2013 vehicles and things are starting to wear on them. Caporale Auto has done various maintenance and repair jobs for these cars and they are done right each time. I highly recommend them!!

Without going into details, I took my car to a local franchise (C....... B...) when I saw a small puddle of anti-freeze on the garage floor. Their estimate for repair of various things was $2,000.00. I was shocked and this morning took my car to Eric at Caporale. I brought a book along anticipating a long wait. But, after about 15 minutes Eric came out and basically said nothing needed to be done at this point. He went into detail explaining why I saw the anti freeze, etc, etc, and he didn't charge me for the diagnostics.
Eric and Suzanne are the best....very honest, fair and really know the car repair business.

Eric the owner is always fair and upfront about what's wrong with my vehicles. His prices are great and he won't sell you something you don't need and he is honest about what needs to and doesn't need to be done. One of the best mechanics in the area.
