Staybridge Suites Chantilly Dulles Airport, an IHG Hotel

Stayed here for a couple of weeks and I've never had such a wonderful experience at any hotel. Everyone was super friendly and helpful! shoutout to Amy & Saul!!! I very much looked forward to seeing these guys throughout my day, amazing people going above and beyond to make you feel at home. rooms were nice and housekeeping was fantastic. hoping to get stuck here again soon!

We had to move out of our house during a major renovation and I couldn’t have picked a better hotel. I love that in the 2 bedroom suite they have double beds for the kids instead of them having to share a queen. The kitchen was updated and very clean. Always a supply id dish detergent and paper towels etc. The staff was super friendly and the light touch cleaning in the room on weekdays was a really nice plus. The beds were so comfortable! I’ve never had a restful sleep in a hotel before this hotel. The hotel was also super quiet. Everyone staying there was super respectful and we never had any issues. Free breakfast in the mornings with a different option every day. Free happy hour with dinner foods M, T and W and free laundry with a provided laundry basket in your room. That was a plus since we had to stay here for just over a week. Also close to everything, restaurants, museums, stores and the major airport is only 5-10 mins away.
This was a great hotel and I definitely will be looking for more Staybridge hotels on trips. Thank you for making our stay wonderful.

The one Bedroom suite was nice . Plenty of space and clean. One thing was weird was the overhead kitchen lights only turned on when the Bathroom light was on. I reported this to the front desk. Also there was a mix up and we were charged twice, which they say they are fixing. Staff -Housekeeping, breakfast, front desk very friendly.

stayed at this hotel to visit the nearby king spa. i did hours of research to find a decent place to stay due to the decline in the quality of hospitality across the board. this hotel seemed like a good option and i had my fingers crossed for at least a decent experience. my expectations were met and then some! the customer service is great, there’s free parking, they offered free drinks appetizers and desserts on M-W evenings and the options were truly delicious and generous enough to eat for dinner. the beds are extremely comfortable. the rooms are large and clean and it just feels homey and welcoming. they even provide a hamper for dirty laundry! i will absolutely stay here again. thank you staybridge for proving there are still nice hotels!

The rooms had excellent décor, fresh bed linens, and ample space and cleanliness. There was a wide selection of delicious alternatives at the breakfast buffet! The employees made a special effort to make sure we were comfortable and were very attentive. The staff members of this hotel treat their tenants like family as well. Not many hotels have that, but this one is extremely welcoming and will treat you like family. Nothing seemed too difficult. Corbin at the front desk is super fantastic! She performs an incredible job! Customer service like that is no longer available. Corbin is wonderful!

Few days back i went to this beautiful property so are the Team members. it was really surprising Any & Her College at front Desk went out of the box to help me getting some information about some apartment , thow i was not a room stay guest .
No dough being in Hospitality industry i recommend this property for their service.🙏

Staybridge Suites of Chantilly, VA is an excellent place to stay for a short or long period of time. The staff is not only professional but friendly, helpful and treat you and each other like family. You can immediately tell management takes great pride and care of the hotel and its guests.
I especially loved meeting and talking with other guests during the hotel social hours where you can have dinner and unlimited drinks Monday through Wednesday, and breakfast is served every morning. The rooms are meticulously clean, well maintained and there’s a small kitchen with a full size fridge and everything you would need when cooking a large or small meal. I really love staying here for all the amazing amenities above and because it’s so close to Highway 28, Route 50, Fair Oaks mall in Fairfax, South Riding, Dulles Airport and to lots of shopping centers and places to eat. I highly recommend it.

After a month moving and staying in 5 different hotels, this was by far the best place we stayed. We liked it so much we extended here a couple of times while our new house was getting ready.
- the hotel was the cleanest we have stayed at in a long time. They obviously take pride in the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel.
- The breakfast was similar food to many hotel breakfasts, however the dining room was nicer and quite a pleasant place to be. Not the usual crowded jostle of everyone elbowing their way to the waffle maker.
- The staff was super nice and friendly. They were helpful every time we needed directions or recommendations on local establishments.
- The room was nice, the carpets were newer in the hallways (unlike a lot of hotels).
I recommend Staybridge and will be staying here on any future trips.

Very beautiful hotel . Hotel staff is very friendly and courteous. The Amenities are awesome. They have a great gym and free laundry Facilities with plenty of washers and dryer . Outdoor barbecue area and sitting area with a fire pit. Rooms with full kitchens and bathrooms stock with dove shower products. Amazing experience at this hotel .

Fantastic vacation experience! Terrific service, everyone was so friendly. Breakfast was terrific and there was even a supper offered a few nights! Location was close to other businesses, yet secluded from the busy highway. Family of 6 had a great time in a two-bedroom suite.

So glad to meet Quincy!! Excellent service and so friendly! The room we stayed is clean but the bed and pillows are too soft. The breakfast is fresh and all my family enjoyed it.

My family stayed at this hotel for two months and we felt very comfortable and at home. The staff was especially exceptional. They were always enthusiastic and friendly and always greeted us by name and our children were always happy to see them. Our wedding anniversary happened to be during our stay and we were pleasantly surprised with a special anniversary treat, which was completely unexpected but totally made our day! The breakfast was good, with a different selection everyday. The outdoor space was perfect for our two young children, they enjoyed running around the pond and seeing the turtles and fishes. We stayed in a two bedroom, two bathroom suite, which was clean and spacious.
Overall, we had a pleasant experience and will definitely be staying there again in the future!

My family and I stayed here for an extended period and the warm welcomes every morning and evening, elaborate breakfasts, and exceptional amenities all made for a memorable stay that was only further enhanced by Amy and her team's hospitality. Truly, it has been some time since my family and I stayed at Staybridge Suites Chantilly and we have since stayed at some world class hotels. Nevertheless, we still talk about the amazing quality of service given by Amy and her team...and measure other hotels against Staybridge Suites Chantilly's gold standard. If you're looking for a phenomenal hotel in the Chantilly area, do yourself a favor and stay here!!!

Fancy hotels try to throw fancy looking stuff at you to make your stay feel better. What a waste. My wife, son and I stayed in this hotel for a month and it was the best hotel we have ever been in. Traveling the world from Japan to the UK. This is the top hotel that others should strive for. Professional courteous staff and more. The manager Amy takes the time to try and learn everyones name and was truly a kind soul. Months after we found a house my son still wants to go back. 10/5 stars this hotel is like no other in its category.

My business can be very dynamic. I had to change plans, leave the hotel early, and return after 3 days. There were no hassles, the staff was understanding and helpful and when I came back I even got the same room so I did have to "re-learn" the layout of the hotel. There is a reason I always stay here when I'm in town.

We are always in hotels for business. We were here for at least 6 weeks & extended our stay, because we were so happy with this property. Jacqueline, Pasion, Amy & the gentlemen from housekeeping/maintenance (?) along with the rest of the staff are AMAZING!! The property is beautiful & peaceful. Our room was spacious, clean, & comfortable. The personalized breakfast was appreciated. Easy access to anything you need. We really wish we could move this property with us! Thanks for taking such good care of us.🙂

An exceptional hotel with great service! I was greeted with the warmest welcome from all the staff (way above anything I received at a nice Hampton Inn). The front desk was efficiently staffed and they were eager to help me out.

Extra points for the staff asking me if I had a preference for a room (never been asked this before!) and for great connecting skills when they asked me what brought me into town.

These small details are what make any business stand out and create a loyal customer base. Truly great, caring staff!!!

Onto the facility itself, it is a very adequate hotel (it looks like a huge mansion when you drive up to it, love it), there is coffee in the main lobby available for anyone at any time. I do wish they had a water available there (apart from the water fountains).

Free breakfast in the mornings are always a must for me and this one’s got it. Breakfast was lacking in flavor and freshness, but the customer service here is A+ and that eclipses this small flaw.
