Extended Stay America - Chantilly - Dulles

Jessy at the front desk was amazing! She made my stay extra special with her friendly and helpful attitude. She's a gem, and Extended Stay Chantilly is lucky to have her!

I stayed here for month. I was extremely happy with hotel. Extended stays can be pretty sketchy! This one isn't! Any problem I had with the room, was handled quickly! Staff here takes pride in this hotel. Work hard make your stay pleasant. I would definitely stay here again! Staff went above and beyond meet my needs and expectations. Hotel was very quiet. I really appreciated that because I was here for work. Less than 5 mins from ample restaurants and walmart.

The room 128 was full of roaches and I have video of them say I would get a full refund and I want all my money the 100 y'all just took to hold also! SO in totally 233 I want it! It won't let me add the video!! Ugh..yall want to give me the run around I'm calling my bank to dispute all charges!! Yall need to do better!!

Overall this is a pleasant facility. I had some concerns & they handled most of them. Unresolved - the laundry area needs more working machines (1 working washer - should have 3).

I gave 5 stars for not as much perfection, but for their effort to resolve. As a first responder, my ability to recover from challenges can be a matter of life or death. This hotel recovers/resolves well. Finally, as I am struggling with some issues of my own, the staff has been courteous and patient.

So you read many negative post about here however, this is a nice place for someone staying more than a few nights. I’m on week 5 here and I have encountered many amazing employees and guest. Everyone is welcoming and quiet during the day which is great since I work night shift.
When I lost my voice a front desk employee even brought me tea so I could have hot tea.
Don’t believe the other post, they are unappreciative Karen’s.

Excellent place to stay. As soon as you walked into the lobby, the staff was friendly and welcoming. They made certain that your stay was comfortable and that all of your accommodations were in place. This hotel comes highly recommended.

Helping out a family member, this location was the best price. I was surprised at the friendly service. The location is great, easy to access. The room was clean and a decent size.

The staff is great. The prices are affordable. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and awesome. Location is ideal, just need truck parking. Overall had a great stay.

Our stay was good. Just wish they had a better breakfast. Muffins and granola bars and coffee are not a breakfast.
