Flowers 'n' Ferns

My mother loves her birthday bouquet! We have been repeat customers for years now. This is the first year in which there is a cat in the home. They were extremely conscientious about including only cat-safe flowers, which is hugely appreciated!

I needed flowers for my dancer daughters’ recital on a Sunday. It seems no florists are open on Sunday so I ordered these on Friday and arranged to pick them up Saturday. The younger lady I dealt with assured me I could do this and just keep them in water until the 5pm show next day. When I went to pick them up Saturday around noon (closing time), the more experienced sales lady told me that could be done. but it would be more ideal if I picked them up Sunday morning, since she would be there then around 9:30. This is what we ended up doing and the flower arrangements were just beautiful. Thank you Flowers n Ferns for the great accommodation and wonderful service. You have more than earned a repeat customer. Many more dance recitals in my future.

I had to arrange for some flowers to be delivered to a memorial while I was out of state. Donna was FANTASTIC. She listened to what I said and made three, perfect arrangements -exactly- as we had discussed. She was very responsive to calls and emails and sent photos as promised. Wow! I'm so impressed. I called from Nebraska at 2:30 pm today (a Friday afternoon) and asked for something to be delivered same-day to my friend for her birthday. They put together a beautiful bouquet. And for an extremely reasonable delivery charge, had it to her house by 4:30 pm. This is an amazing business conveniently located in Burke, VA. The designers do a wonderful job of listening to the desires of the customer and creating arrangements that match his/her vision. If you want custom products, this is your florist. I am a highly satisfied customer.

I ordered an arrangement online from Colorado for delivery the next day in Fairfax for my daughter-in-law who just had our first grandchild and I couldn't be more pleased. The arrangement had colorful tulips and was delivered to their door on time. Would order from Flowers 'n' Ferns again.
