The Staff at this CVS store are extremely nice. They welcome you and help you if needed. I recommend this CVS store because of its professional staff and kindness.

We have elderly parents living nearby who use this pharmacy. We have had great experiences here and appreciate the super service.

I have had great experiences with staff here and they keep products stocked.

Edit: gotten alot better in the past year, the pharmacy seems to actually be decently staffed now so it doesn't take nearly as long as it did before. Still can't give 5 stars since a family member needed pain meds and this CVS apparently doesn't handle the more controlled medications.

Staff is very knowledgeable and saved many adverse reactions from doc prescriptions. Unfortunately CVS does not stick the pharmacy well and often you have to go to another location for medicine. The staff tries to get it but it take 2 weeks for CVS to deliver here. Otherwise its a great store and oharmacy

I so dearly miss my old locally-owned pharmacy. Consistent poor service and incompetence. Often encounter long wait times, very poor staffing, and sad communication plague this pharmacy.
I just don't enjoy using this CVS, and I keep using it because there's no other good alternatives in the area near me. Soon I'll move and not use it anymore. It's just simply no comparison to your local drug store.

This CVS pharmacy at 9582 old Keene mill road has bad communication system. Every time I reach the call line which tells me to hold for the agent to talk- the call gets disconnected

Look into your problems

This CVS is consistently terrible. They are not open on time, the staff is apathetic at best, and they are not helpful. I'd recommend finding a different pharmacy or location.

The actual store offerings are decent. Just the staff leave a lot to be desired.

The prescription wait time is way longer and the pharmacy seems disorganised compared to others I've been to. The back half of the store has a bit of a musky smell that triggers my migraines, making waiting inside nearly impossible.
