All I can say is WOW. This place is Awesome 😎. My wife had foot surgery here and the whole experience was perfect. The Staff is Awesome and the care is first class. If you have to travel a little bit to get here do it you will be happy you did. I still can't believe just how awesome this hospital is.

My husband was admitted 12/21/2023 with sudden onset of memory loss and very high b.p.. From the moment we entered the doors until discharge 12/22 @4:30 he received the best care I have ever encountered. I am a retired R.N. so I have seen it all. Every person we encountered from housekeeping, ancillary staff, medical imaging, cardiology, neurology, nursing and security went above and beyond.Hats off to Parham Doctors Hospital

I love how in the lobby they read patients health information outloud in front of everyone to hear I love how when I came in here I literally heard the whole SSN of a random person and it's great how it takes 3 hours to bring someone here and how they waited for 1 hour after discharging her to take out the IV and how this was at night when no one was there

Had a reverse shoulder replacement by Dr M Walker. 5 ⭐’s.
The care at surgery, recovery, nurses were the best, pt and OT team and volunteer were 5⭐’s.
Exceptional, Amazing care from start to finish. Highly recommend this hospital and Dr Walker. Very clean hospital, staff very observant of cleaning hands and excellent cleanliness of everyone.

As a nurse my expectations are high. I had a total knee replacement and I was naturally a little anxious. The staff was super friendly, professional and treated me with the utmost respect. People really seemed to love their job.
My cnly regret was I would like to have known the names of the Surgical Care Team that provided such amazing care.

Check in was ridiculous. I was sent the
Pre-Registration Conception to Present Day Form. Which I completed and electronically signed. Got to the hospital early to check in and was handed a tablet with the second part of this of a this ridiculously long form to fill out all over again, by a surly non morning person who did NOT want the stamp that had been emailed to me with the note saying I needed it to check in. She insisted I had to sign these pages but gave me no pen. Finger signatures do not look real.

Finally got where I was going. My doctor was held up. The staff could not have been nicer trying to put me at ease and make me comfortable. All nurses were as nice and kind as they could be. Once my doctor got to me everything was smooth, efficient and professional.

The pre and post operative nursing education and care was superb! I really underestimated how rough I was going to feel after my spinal fusion! The nursing staff was with me every step of the way helping me with pain control, but also, explaining to me why I was experiencing the discomfort, how they were going to help control it and what to expect going forward. OT and PT stepped in to help me move effectively and safely as I began to be more active avoiding poor body mechanics and helping to moderate my anxiety. They got me through a very tough couple of days! I cannot thank them enough!

The staff were helpful and competent and I moved through the ER process and treatment with ease and speed. However, the room that I was placed in had another previous patient's trash on the floor, the trash can was almost overflowing with old IV bags and supplies and the floor was dirty. The nurses had to use a chair in that room as their table to prep my IV and medications. One of my nurses did not use gloved when she came to put medications in my IV line. I also noticed that they put the sharps in the trash can, as there was no sharps bin in the room. The room that I was in looked like it had maybe been a closet previously, as it just had 1 chair and then a recliner chair for the patient.

Everyone was nice and helpful. Both the pre-op nurse and postoperative nurse were great! The surgeon and the anesthesiologist came before surgery to go over the procedure and answer any questions I had. They all made the experience less stressful.

My care from admission for my surgery to my discharge was excellent. Nursing care reminded me of old school hands on nursing, they all took great care of me and my needs. I was checked on daily by the head of the department to make sure I was being taken care of properly. PT & OT were also exceptional. I must also comment on the all the other employees from janitorial to kitchen staff were very polite and respectful.

My son was in the ICU, he was transferred here. He has a traumatic brain injury. On the 4th floor rehab he gets 3 hours of therapy a day. Physical, occupational and speech. It really is a wonderful place for this type of recovery

I recently had my first encounter with Parham Doctor's Hospital for gallbladder removal surgery. The surgeon, Dr Brengman was great and the staff during the prep, the operating room and the surgery were great! Dion was great to work with on the prep side and Cindy was great on the post op side. It was a very wonderful experience all the way around for me to have the unwanted but necessary surgery! Recovering great at home! : )

Dr A. Shia’s orthopedic team at Parham provided excellent care. Everyone was wonderful — from the consultation and very informative class to the surgery and in-patient care, all the way to discharge. I felt I was well informed about the process and what I should anticipate.
The team members were attentive and willing to answer questions and provide solutions for any issues. I was surrounded by skilled and compassionate professionals.
Even after discharge, they checked up on me frequently to make sure I was making good progress.
I would, without hesitation, come back again, should I have any other orthopedic issues. I trust them completely with my care.

My husband had hip replacement surgery and they kept me informed of everything that was going on. All the staff is friendly, caring and very courteous. They made him feel like he was the only patient they had, that's how attentive they were of him. I thank God there are still loving people in this world. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!!

I really like Parham Doctors' Hospital. They see you in a timely manner. In the ER waiting area is comfortable and for the most part peaceful and not crowded. Although I have witnessed one nurse being rude to a suffering patient in the waiting area as well another patient who was concerned about the staff's treatment of the other woman. I will say however, that I even had to speak up for the woman in pain because she had to go to the bathroom. She got up herself because staff wouldn't come to her aid. She declined mine and the other female patients offer to help her. She made it but so far til she was unable to go any further. At that point I spoke up for her to get a staff member to help her... She was leaning so far over I wasn't sure that she could hold herself up any longer. Concerned me that someone else had to advocate for her because staff ignored her. Even the gentleman staff member who went to help her after being called to help, was huffing and puffing about it, to and fro. I may like how they treat me but I am emphatically disgusted by the ignorance and lack of care and concern regarding others. It is not something that can not be unseen nor unheard. I hope that this never happens again! Seems to me there needs to be some retraining. I was once a nurse... First Do No Harm! That includes ignoring in every possible way of neglecting a patient. Hope my post makes a difference.

I had total knee replacement April 17th. I have to say, the OR staff, anesthesiologist, nurses, doctors, etc. are the best. This is my 4th joint replacement at the facility. They are that good!
Also, I know people down-grade the food and food service at hospitals but the offerings are delicious! I did not have a bad meal. The food service staff were very accommodating and kind.

I was admitted to ER for an endoscopy and colonoscopy. I was very well cared of during my stay, from the doctors, specialists, nurses & male nurse during the day and especially the night-shift nurse. I deeply appreciate their excellent service that they provide to patients at all level with their compassion, patience, tolerance and humility. This touched me deeply. Thank you and God bless.

Went to the hospital for an outpatient procedure. When I walked in with my cane, the receptionist immediately told me that I could have a seat and she would come get the check-in paperwork. She also provided a wheelchair so that I would not have any trouble walking the long hallways. Everyone from the receptionist to the techs to the Dr were very pleasant and offered great continued support.
