Bojangles

This Bojangles location is very welcoming and inviting. The food today was served hot and fresh. It tasted delicious! All staff interactions were positive. The shift leader Iris even came to our table to ask if she could help take away anything for us. Another staff person also asked if she could help me find anything, and she got me some mustard packets. I filled out a survey on a prior receipt and received and buy one get one free sausage biscuit. I recommend visiting this Bojangles!

Very clean restaurant. Quick service. Great food. Employees looked as if they were proud of their restaurant.

Food is always fresh and delicious. Employees are always friendly. Best fast food in Farmville. The chicken supreme combo is what we always get.

I have eaten at Bo's for years and only recently discovered their delightful fried chicken. Super crispy and peppery breading. They don't mind customizing any order. And everyone there genuinely seems happy to be working there and greet people warmly. No complaints. Even smooth operating when busy.

The food was awesome! The customer service was excellent! McKylie was our cashier & she came out 2 times to see if anyone in the dining room needed anything! Later that day we came back for dinner. The shift manager on duty was just awesome. The food was fresh & hot!! He thanked my husband for his service in the military!

Hands down the BEST service in town. I have never had a bad experience with staff, and the one time more order was incorrect they were quick to make it right. Always great food and great service!

Food is good clean looking place. Staff is friendly, I had gone there when I tore my rotator cuff and the lady who took my order carried it to the car for me. Thank you a bunch!

The Bo'Rounds are the best!!!! Hands down better than any other fast food hash browns. Everything I've ever ordered from this establishment has been on point and always friendly staff

Everyone was so friendly! Our order was correct, fast and hot. So refreshing to go through a drive thru and talk to genuinely happy people. My day has already been made!

Food was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful being that I am currently using a walker. They carried our food trays to the table and actually checked on us several times to ask if we needed anything else. We will definitely be going back there in the future.

Food was fresh, hot and actually very flavorful. Thier 12 pc meal is well worth and variety of sides are excellent.
However girl on drive thru was not as attentive, no greeting, may I take your order or anything.

Do take out a good deal. Food is consistently good. But the big reason to return is the great service.

I have never had such wonderful service at a fast food restaurant as the helpful, enthusiastic, and friendly service I regularly receive at this Bojangles location. Several times, I've had staff offer to help carry food when my hands are full or I have kids in tow. Almost every time I eat there, someone approaches me to check whether my I am enjoying my meal and to make friendly conversation. It makes you feel almost like you are at a sit-down restaurant, but at fast food prices.

The food is pretty good, too, but it's usually a little on the spicy side. The kid's chicken tenders are pretty mild and are about the only menu item my kids will eat. The BBQ sandwiches are also pretty mild.

First time here & oh my goodness gracious this place is amazing! Not only was the food great but the service made it so much better! It went from a 10/10 to a 20/10!! Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great food, great prices & amazing customer service! So happy😁😇

As far as sausage goes it's the best homestyle authentic pork, you know what your eating! Had an issue & manager Carlos took care of me ,made things right! Thanks ..I love the seasoning that be on their fries, something about it is pretty awesome
