I came in today looking for a zero turn mower for this season. Gary was very helpful with explaining the different types and uses for each mower we looked at. Tasia in the finance department was more than helpful to my wife and I. She made everything simple and explained everything. Very happy with my experience. Would recommend anyone looking for equipment Taylor Forbes is the place to go.

My husband and I purchased a Gravely zero-turn mower with the help of A++ salesperson Thomas Rundstrom. Thomas was personable and very knowledgeable. No hard sell -- he just asked us questions about how much we cut, terrain, etc. and then pointed us to the best mower to fit our needs. We compared a couple and ended up with the one he recommended. It was such an excellent and easy experience that we bought a trailer, as well -- our suggestion, not his. He bundled the two and gave us a break on the price. For quality equipment and excellent service I highly recommend Taylor-Forbes and Thomas Rundstrum! !

I must say, Gary Hearn made my first time buying a zero-turn mower a breeze. He was very knowledgeable and did not make me feel pressured one way or another. He simply provided information and answered all of my questions, of which there were many. My experience wouldn't have been possible without the incredible assistance of Tasia Mitchell, who made it all happen! She was a great help, personable and professional to boot. I can't say enough about the staff at Taylor Forbes. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Had a great experience picking out and ordering an electric Stihl mower! Tommy Price was a great resource and provided first class assistance throughout the process. He even texted a picture of the mower as soon as it arrived after he put it together! All questions were answered and he even followed up after first use to make sure we were happy and had no questions or concerns about the operation! Needless to say, service was top notch! We will be back! We left happy, satisfied, and our lawn has never looked better!

Bought a new L4701 today. The process was seamless. Tractor was able to be pulled into the shop, tires changed, loader assembled and installed etc. I was given a fair price for my trade-in as well. The new tractor was even full of fuel. Couldn’t have gone better. It’s not a heavy sales atmosphere. To top it off, a hat and tee shirt. It’s a small gesture but enough and not unrecognized. It’s hard to find companies anymore that truly appreciate your business. First tractor bought here but have done plenty of business regarding tractor maintenance products and chainsaw items. Every time I darken their door step I always leave knowing I’ll be back.

Had an issue with a bumper I tried to install on my Polaris Sxs contacted them. They told me they would look at it, not only did the look at it as soon as I got there they kepted it and made many calls and got the issues figured out. Everyone I came in contact with was super friendly and helpful. I will surely be doing all the business I can with them. Ooh and I drove well over an hour. Thanks Again.

Total experts in parts, repairs and advice. They had a Briggs & Stratton part in stock, and showed me how to install it. Gave helpful referral on where to buy trans fluid for my old John Deere tractor.

Outstanding store with great service. Bought a Stihl Farm Boss with a spare chain and bar for light work. Ken made me a great deal, was very happy with my purchase and the process. Then, had a one in a million failure that stopped work, brought the saw in and Taylor put in a lot of effort and work to get me back up and running so I could get back to the job ASAP. I would have been days or weeks behind without his effort and it is appreciated.

I can't say enough good things about that crew or this business. The saw is great too, but you expect that out of a Stihl.

Went 3/4/23 for some fluids and parts for a last minute ride! Everything was instock, service was excellent! Riding by 10:00am! Best Polaris dealer around!

Gary was wonderful in all ways. We stopped in just to get a idea of a Kubota tractor. He spent over a hour explaining everything to us even replaying to our messages the following day. We ended up getting a complete deal with trailer, tractor & multiple attachments. Staff was also wonderful. Thanks guys!
