The only reason I'm giving this place a 5 is so the restaurant can actually see the only good thing that they have going for them is there employee Dada aka unicorn 😃 his nick name always fixes our messed up orders with out complaining and is super friendly everyone here I'd like a big ball of stress he's the only thing good about this place

I have never been to a McDonald's that has been so helpful and cheerful as the workers in Farmville are. Definitely will continue to come here especially around 3 pm!

Friendliest McDonald’s I’ve been to in recent memory!

I ordered 2 filet o fishes. The fish tasted a little burnt. But the guy that bring me my food was very professional and considerate when I informed him there was a missing sandwich. He deserves a raise. I can't remember his name. He was working yesterday. He's a larger frame guy with brown skin. Very professional. Yall better give him a raise before someone amazing sees his potential and snatched him up for a corporate marketing position!

Got here really, really late - about 2350 and the young man at the window was super nice and helpful!! Didn't rush us at all, even tho I must've sounded like I had no idea what I was doing! Decided on McDonalds after Taco Bell decided to close 1/2 hour early - keep up the good work!

Fast service and I love how kind the manager was to me. One time when I ordered sweet tea around midnight the manager was apologizing because they hadn't yet made a batch of sweet tea, and he refused to serve me the tea his employee was trying to give me because it was regular iced tea that he added sugar to, the manager had to explain to the employee that cold tea and sugar wouldn't taste good because the sugar wouldn't dissolve. It was really nice of him to be so considerate and kind, especially considering it was midnight.

Grabbed a breakfast snack for me and my friend in the drive through! The line was enormous but moved along with ease. Wasn't late to set off on a busy day!

OMG... We had "THE BEST SERVICE EVER" this morning!!! We went through the drive thru at 7:31am, a friendly professional voice took our orders... when at the pay window we were thanked for choosing McDonald's, we were told that without customers like us they wouldn't be, she gave us compliments, she was sincere and heart felt... we picked up our food and we smiled for miles ... the food was DELICIOUS! My wife was not a fan of McDonald's UNTIL this morning... she was a BEAUTIFUL young black lady, I only which I had a name, because she has set a standard!

The food was hot. The service was overall good. Whoever took my order just said welcome to McDonalds. Nothing about can I take your order. Not really polite either. Maybe this is how they are trained. I don't know.

This is a good McDonalds. Excellent quality breakfast and lunch. Quick to get you in and out. On the rare occasion I have gotten not so good quality fries but they are very quick to make it right.

Not very busy inside today when I was there but the drive thru was jumping!!
Still got my order..fast hot and delicious!!

Food was good, prices were actually better than other McDonald's I have been to, and the staff were super polite and professional.

This McDonalds is opened 24/7. I've always had fantastic service even in the middle of the night. Food always taste fresh and the wait is usually just a couple minutes. These people really know how a fast food restaurant should work. I'd recommend to McDonalds to everyone. Great place with a lot of choices.

There was a woman back in the back making the McCafe drinks. She realized that they were out of the mix for the drink I wanted, but was extremely kind in making sure I was treated well. I should have gotten her name, and I am sorry I didn't. Thanks!

Traffic lined up to the street yet the employees had it all under control and the line moved quickly and the food was fresh and ready at the window when I got there. Amazing crew the day before Thanksgiving!!!!

Can't eat in yet but the service in ftown is lightning fast,whether you go into order or do drive thru.barely have enough time to get change in my pocket and the next window is already with my bag of the good,good..

Probably the smoothest and fastest mcdonalds I've been to since moving to Virginia. The staff is always friendly and quick.

What can I say McDonald's is my favorite fast food! They need another one near Lowe's in Farmville,VA. One on each side of town because even with 2 drive-thrus there is lines on both sides. Staff are quick but on its really the only drive thru so close to Longwood University and downtown Farmville

Nice clean order was accurate. Better than my local McDonald's.
