I came in today to get my battery replaced and had the best customer service I’ve ever received at any autozone location I have visited. I forgot to ask his name but he’s a young gentleman who was very knowledgeable and helpful when I asked questions. 10/10 he deserves a raise

My battery was dead and it was after 5 pm. I visited the store to get a battery and get it installed. The store was clean, neat, and inviting. I thought I should remember to come here in the future. I had a short wait. David M. assisted me. I got what I needed, good price, helpful folks, nice store. I recommend the place.

Damon C the parts manager went above and beyond tonight helping me not only change my windshield wipers but also fixed a broken fuse in my car. If I could give 10 stars I would!!

Had needed to stay til after this store closed to change my headlight tonight. I was struggling with my headlight clip for a long while, and as the employees finished closing up and we’re leaving, Blake stayed behind for a half an hour and helped me get it in place, despite me not inquiring. Awesome employee

Our car battery died as soon as we got moved I to the apartment! Fortunately, Travis picked up the phone and was able to sell me a battery over the phone AND deliver it to us! A+ service that was friendly, quick, and professional. It was so good.

Excellent service! I had a dead battery and first went across the street to Advance Auto Parts and was told to replace the battery myself. Yes, I should definitely know how to do that, but I don't. So, I went across the street to AutoZone. Their employee Matt not only replaced the battery, but showed me how to replace it for next time! He even took extra steps to make sure this battery would last a long time, and hooked me up with a great warranty. Thanks for being awesome!

Autozone employees are quick to respond, friendly, and helpful. Autozone has good stock and what they don't have on the shelf they typically get later that day or the next. The warantees on their duralast branded tools and parts are unbeatable and their quality is apparent. Prices are fair, not always the lowest, but refer back to quality. I trust the advice they give, and they take care when asked to do minor work like battery, wiper, or bulb replacements. They do not try to upsell what you don't need, but they do suggest things to make sure you don't miss something you do. Get in the zone!

My go to part's store. I visit them at least 3 time's a month. Helpful staff. Most of the time the parts I need are in stock. If not they arrive same day or next for most parts.

I love AutoZone the employees are very helpful especially Angela skates she's wonderful I always look for her when I go there but she's not there the other workers AJ and the rest of the gang are great too I'm talking about the AutoZone in Farmville Virginia
