I had a fantastic experience with Hann's Pharmacy for a mail-order delivery. Despite an issue with the UPS delivery, the incredible assistance from Sami and Kristen transformed what could have been a frustrating situation into a positive one. From the moment I contacted Hann's Pharmacy about the issue, Sami and Kristen handled it with professionalism and efficiency. They promptly resolved the problem and kept me updated throughout the process. Their friendly and solution-driven approach put me at ease and reassured me that my satisfaction was their top priority. I was also impressed by the quality of the packaging and paperwork that accompanied my medications, reflecting Hann's Pharmacy's dedication to customer care. Ok this pharmacy is worth a visit even if you don’t need medication!! They have a cute shop in the front with gifts. The pharmacy staff is extremely kind and helpful. Their prices are much better than any pharmacy in the area for certain types of medication.

I reached out to Hann's Pharmacy when needing to purchase several fertility medications for my IVF cycle. Out of 10+ fertility pharmacies nationwide that I received quotes from, Hann's provides the BEST prices & is fantastic to work with! They provided great communication via email & once my RE sent in my prescriptions, they called me within a half hour to arrange purchase & delivery. I received my medications the next day via UPS (I live in South FL). I will absolutely use Hann's Pharmacy again & highly recommend their services! Thank you for making this part of the process so easy & more affordable!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! The staff at this pharmacy is not only knowledgeable, but their customer service is top tier! I haven’t met a staff member that wasn’t nice, accommodating, and professional. I had an issue with my bank during a purchase, and Tania immediately started working to rectify the situation- which is greatly appreciated. They do a great job at making you feel important and providing quality service. I would definitely recommend!

Hann's pharmacy is by far the best pharmacy I've ever used. When you walk in, you're greeted visually with all the traditional stuff organized very neatly, but also with some custom soaps and jewelry that makes the short wait enjoyable to browse around. The place smells great, the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and are so patient when answering your questions. And as an extra note, I needed an urgent prescription on a Sunday that very few pharmacies carry, they opened briefly for a few customers who were in a similar situation. So grateful to have found this place. Highly recommend.

Huge shout out to Tania and the Hann’s pharmacy family for turning what was sure to be a terrible day around.
After an unexpected weather delay prevented my fertility meds from arriving and potentially ending my IVF cycle 6 days in she came through in a BIG way.

Not only were they able to get me set up with the meds I needed to hold me over till my shipment arrived but her demeanor through it all truly helped put me at ease.

She was well worth the 1.5 hr drive from Baltimore. I only wish we lived closer as I would undoubtedly be a repeat customer.

Do yourself a favor and give yourself the gold standard patient/customer experience you deserve and head to Hann’s pharmacy where you are so much more than just a number.

I don't know how to say thank you to the wonderful staff in Hann's pharmacy. My doctor sent a prescription to Hann's pharmacy in a rush, and I was told to travel to Fairfax location in a short notice while I was still working in DC! I know I couldn't make it before their closing hour, so I called the staff multiple times and requested them to wait for me, and they did. Eventually I was able to pick the prescription after their normal business hour on the same day because the staff's help, I want to say thank you to their staff, esp Joel Lopez, he is very professional and helpful.

My husband and I received our COVID vaccinations here several months ago and the process was seamless. The staff seemed genuinely interested in helping the patients and really made a positive impression on me. I went back to the pharmacy recently to fill a prescription and left with a wealth of knowledge about options for treating my pain. This must be what pharmacies were like back in the day...so glad I found Hann's.

Best service I have encountered.
They go above and beyond to assist you as a customer, they see the person behind the prescription and in addition, they have the most cute rare items to purchase like a boutique store.
Thank you all and especially Joel and another great lady which I do not recall her name opened the pharmacy late when I needed an urgent prescription filled before flying the next day. (she is the most left person on the website - I think Allison).

I had to write this review because although Hann's could not help me with my prescriptions, Tayna gave me wonderful advice. I am on multiple medications due to a kidney transplant and Rheumatoid Arthritis, and I use a CVS near my home. I was unsatisfied with them, so I called Hanns not knowing they were a speciality pharmacy. Tanya was the person on the phone and she took so much of her time to speak with me and direct me to a pharmacy she felt could help me. She was so sympathetic to me and offered a suggestion to a pharmacy she felt could help me, and they did. If I could have used Hann's I would have because of the way I was treated. Tanya is a gem.

Highly recommend. Great customer service, especially from one of the Pharmacists, Tania. Such a nice change after dealing with the larger pharmacy chains where you can barely even get to someone who can provide you any information!

Absolutely outstanding customer service! Every time I've called or emailed them, I was helped almost immediately. They always called back when they said they would, did whatever was necessary to meet some quick turnaround times, and were just simply pleasant to work with, no matter whom I spoke with. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Hann's has become my "go to" pharmacy. Their pharmacists personally provide education and recommendations and their overall customer service is positive and friendly. It's hard to find a pharmacy with a personal touch and I've found it at Hann's. Highly recommend!

I wanted to thank the pharmacist Tanya for really going above and beyond. I had a fertility medication I needed compounded on short notice and she coordinated after hours with the compounding pharmacy to ensure I received it in time and texted me from her personal cell to let me know in the evening. There was confusion on the cost of the medication as I was quoted a lower price but Tanya contacted the pharmacy on her day off to rectify the issue and honored the price I was quoted. Their texting feature makes communication easy and clear. Would recommend this pharmacy.

Simply the greatest pharmacy and staff. I never knew what having a pharmacist truly meant until I entrusted my care to Kristen and her staff. Kristen, Ellen, Tanya, Mindy, Joel, Salita and the incomprable sales staff never disappoint. They invariably stand up for their patients when doctors overlook possible drug interactions. I can honestly say that had it not been for Kristen's care and professionalism, I never would have received the care I needed for my heart issues over the past year. Is it possible to love a pharmacy? I know I do.
