My home was just serviced by James Clatterbuck, who now owns this business - he was highly recommended by a friend. James came by to examine an issue, explained the situation, laid out some options, and did superb work at an excellent price. Definitely went out of his way to make sure the issue was fixed, and fixed well. Friendly, honest, hard working, very competitively priced, and knowledgeable. He also gave some great advice on some other questions we had. He is definitely going to be my go-to plumber for future services!

Disappointing and unprofessional. He seemed friendly and reliable on the phone and said he'd arrive "around" 7:30. He then called around 8 to say he was running a "little late." He never showed up. Tried calling him, but no one answered.
