Interior Painting Review - I just had the most amazing painters work on my interior upstairs rooms. Yup, I said MOST and AMAZING! I say that because I got a great price, excellent workmanship and attention to detail, and the best possible customer service. (So, you see why I felt I had to take the time to post a review!) The company I'm using is Kellco Painting.

I know the price is great because two of three original estimates I got for whole house interior painting were 9k, and theirs was 6.5k. I know the attention to detail is fabulous because they show me their work each day, and I can see how they paatched my holes and drywall pops, went the extra mile to caulk my stairs for a crisper line, and made large settling cracks disappear! (By the way, if you haven't hired painters before -- most anyone can paint. But repairing these old plaster homes is an art.)

And then there is their service. Well, they showed up the first day and I had (ahem) failed to do ANY moving or prep -- or even finalized selecting all of my colors. They didn't show ANY annoyance with me AT ALL! They moved all of my furniture, removed and replaced my blinds (oh, sure we can raise that curtain rod 3" for you!) and picked up additional samples to be sure I was happy with the color. For each piece of art they ask which holes I want to keep -- so it can go back up in the exact same place -- and which I want patched. I could really go on but this is getting long.

Anyway, I hate it when I read reviews and all they say is 'great work' without any detail so I wanted to explain why I have these guys 5 stars. I think they deserve each and every one of them!

If I ever need to paint again, I'm calling CJ, nephew of the owner. He has been an absolute saint. Oh! BTW, for those of you with pets - they are pet friendly!! They worked AROUND my sleeping 17yo cat and don't freak out at my dogs!

I give them a huge thumbs up. Definitely will do again. But hopefully not soon! Painting sucks!

Kellco did a fantastic job painting the main level in my new house. I was recommended this company through a neighbor and was extremely impressed with the quality of the work. My walls and ceiling had old seams showing and nail pops. All were repaired beautifully. Looks like a new home!

As part of an entire exterior remodel, I called Kellco at the recommendation of our roofing/siding contractor. Initially, I hired them to stain my new deck, paint new siding, and repairing interior water damage from the old leaking roof.

Once I saw the quality of the work, I expanded the scope to include several projects I had intended for years to do myself: remove crown molding, repaint vaulted ceilings, repair ceiling cracks, repaint 3 bathrooms, and paint a vanity cabinet and a couple doors.

Quality of the work was excellent. Price was reasonable. John & CJ were very responsive and easy to work with. The paint crew was enjoyable to have around, and the pride in their work was obvious. Julio is a master. In the days after they finished, I noticed so many great little details they did.
