DSW is a great place to shop for shoes. But it is not the same as typical shoe stores.

Good prices, lots of options, friendly staff, good discounts when applicable. Bought 4 pairs of shoes from $6 to $66. Good deals for sure.

this location is always clean and put together. Emily helped me and my mom out at checkout and was very kind! she even wished my mom a happy birthday when she used her birthday discount.

Had to get a different size in a pair of shoes I bought but I was leaving the state so Daina (I hope I’m spelling that right) helped me get the exact style and size I wanted and shipped it to the nearest DSW to where I was going. She was so patient with me and I really appreciate her going out of her way to make it easier for me. Probably one of my best customer service experiences. Thank you!

I love shoes and DWS is a great place to get awesome shoes. There’s a variety to choose from and the staffers are really helpful. My kids also love this store for their amazing collection of trendy shoes. Keep up with the good work guys.

Great store, great selection of shoes, helpful clerks, I was able to return a pair of shoes I had bought at another DSW, looked for another pair of work sneakers, also asked and looked for Velcro walking shoes, DSW doesn't carry those in-store, so no work or walking shoes today, I'll have to check online.

I love DSW because i can always find Sketchers here in my size and width.

Located on Main Street of Fairfax city, DSW Shoes contains a substantial collection of shoes and handbags. Easier to find your favorite brand from Nike, Adidas to Calvin Klein dress boots, athletic shoes, casual sandals, designer handbags and accessories at unbelievably discounted prices.
