I found the staff professional and patient, advising on most affordable options which can fulfill the needs. The waiting time was acceptable during weekends, they seemed to allocate workloads pretty efficiently.

Update: I received my passport without issues

Went to apply for a passport and the lady crossed out the picture of my REAL I.D which was proof for secondary photo I.D. and instead used my credit card and wrote down “visual check on credit card”. On the copy of I.D paper

For proof I had the (1)DL which is out of state and have a legitimate photo ID card that is considered a REAL ID(2)

And on the passport website it states, I can use a secondary “Out of state DL annnnnd “Out of State non DL ID”

It was apparent to me she was not competent enough in the application process to realize what a State ID card is and that’s it’s a legit form of verifying my identification

I hope my passport application is not messed up because she crossed a line on my State ID card that was paired with my out of state DL. If my passport comes in without delay and without problems I will updated my review. But the issue was that she was well informed and crossed something out that she needed have done based off what the site says of having at least 2 ways of verifying identification

I am home in VA. where the postal service is the best. They carry many sizes flat-postal boxes for f r e e. I used them in.Fishkill, NY to send empty meds boxes to my friend in Herdon and they aways arrived in three days. This was a stamp size P O but they delivered like any in N VA. Some are open for electronical mailing all night. Like the one on Rolling Rd. I love the USPO system.

The ladies were nice and helpful when I went in to take my passport photo for the first time!

I thought I had lost a package and reported it. They called me twice within an hour with concern and potential resolution. I was honestly shocked at the swift action and concern because at the end of the report it had said it would take 1-3 business days for a response. Thank you to the lady and gentleman that called, staffing on this Friday night (wish I had their names)!!

I've had a really pleasant experience with the passport service here. Took my mom to get a passport renewal and the manager there was kind and diligent with helping us. The process was quick. Honestly, I can't thank people who work on the frontline enough.

The staff here have made a huge difference for my small training business during the pandemic. Because my courses have moved online, I have to ship textbooks to my participants, which means each book has to be processed individually to qualify for media rate. It can take 20 to 30 minutes in total. The staff always work quickly and patiently with me. Meanwhile, I hear a rude customer yell at and mock them every single time I am there. I don’t know how they have the patience and fortitude for this job.

This location has a kiosk so you can complete your own transaction with the priority mail, plenty of boxes and other materials. Has an assortment of other packaging you could purchase. Small bubble or soft packages, etc. Has passport services and PO Box's as well.

The service in my opinion has always been great at this location. The persons working the counter are knowledgeable and quick enough. I brought multiple boxes not taped shut and they offered to tape it up for me. They have a manager of some sort come out when the line gets long and asks if anyone has items to drop off or pick up. This something they don't have to do, but its good customer service.

People complain a lot about the postal workers not bending over backward for them, just because it is a public government based service doesn't mean they do not work hard or try their best. Great location. Come prepared like an adult if you want a speedy and trouble free visit.

Went in for a passport appointment at 10AM on a Monday. Staff were hospitable and responsive. I interacted with Xuan - she is a kind human. The passport clerk was respectful, helpful, and efficient.

I love this USPS office thanks to the wonderful service I consistently received from Fernando. He is very professional and courteous with customers. He pays great attention to detail and is very thorough in his work. Fernando went above and beyond to help me retrieve a package that would have been lost or returned to sender otherwise and I’m very grateful for his extra efforts and high-quality work.

I wanted to give a big shout out to Xuan and Fernando. They are two of the best people at this location, they treat you with patience, care and friendliness. One customer was being a complete Dbag to them and they were still super patient and kept their cool while the customer was trying to yell and make a scene out of something that was HIS fault.

Xuan is so sweet, everyone should treat her well! Fernando is great!

Really surprised by all the negative reviews hear about this Post Office. I had one of the most pleasant post office experiences that I’ve ever had here.

Everyone was super friendly and the line moved very quickly. That, combined with them getting my package to its location, is all I can ask for at the post office!

Why aren't people showing more love at this post office?
Only time I go to this location is to send packages or to buy stamps but rarely do I have to wait longer than 10 minutes to get everything done and head out. Staff is friendly and willing to help. For me, you can always run into some issues in life but as long as they are willing to help with good attitude, I'm more than willing to work with you :)
