Dependable One Electrical, Inc. has always done an excellent job! We have used them for years. Steve, the owner is quick to respond to phone calls. They have done big jobs and small jobs professionally and expertly. They are reasonable and do the job right the first time. We love the recessed ceiling lights with new light switches with dimmers and all the new outlets, new electrical panel box, and the new ceiling fan. Our house is 50 years old and they had no problem addressing what needed to be done. My husband and I highly recommend them.

Owner, Steve, impressed me with his knowledge of our antique wiring system of the house that my father, a Master Electrician, installed. Strictly professional, kind of gentleman that my father would gladly approve of, as well as I. I highly recommend this small business owner.

We just had Michael out to replace our bath exhaust fan and fix a few outlets! He was so nice, took time to truly explain differences of fans and what was needed prior to the on-site visit. While he was on-site he was detailed with his work and truly took the time to make the customer happy! They are our go to electricians from now on!

They had a gap in the schedule before afternoon appointments so I had someone at my house literally within 2 hours of calling. Replaced the attic fan motor in about 45 minutes and all is well. Nice, professional, and does what they say they’ll do.

We tried Dependable One Electrical over a year ago to have additional outlets installed to accommodate powered furniture. Since then we have hired Dependable One Electrical for 3 or 4 more projects and plan to have more work done.

We had Dependable One install two light fixtures and two switches. They look great and the switches they used are very high quality. The installation was fast and very professional. The electrician was careful and clean and arrived on time. He was also really friendly and very helpful about placement. A genuinely excellent experience with a small local company. I made sure I got a card so we can use them for any additional projects in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend.

Dependable One Electrical is by far THE BEST electrical company out there. I have used many companies in this area and no one comes close to the excellent service they provide. These guys are ROCK STARS! Seriously, they are the ultimate professionals who will take care of your electrical needs. They handle routine electrical jobs efficiently, cleanly and the end result is superb workmanship. With more complex jobs they take the time to determine the problem and come up with the best, most economical solution for the customer. They will tell you up front what they are going to do, how much it's going to cost and approximately how long the job will take. Communication is excellent. I had a job that other electricians couldn't figure out how to fix - Dependable One came in and sorted it out for me. You can't go wrong hiring these guys.

I had a great experience with Dependable One Electric! Steve is a great representative of this company. He was very responsive and even was willing to come out on Saturday morning to replace the outlet and power cord that connects to my dryer. Steve was very efficient and explained everything to me. In the process, he has a great personality because we talked while he worked through fixing the problem. I highly recommend utilizing Dependable One Electrical...great work!!!

We just had Steve and his crew out to our home to install 3 ceiling fans, repair a bulb stuck in a microwave, and fix a malfunctioning fixture. Everything looks great and works perfectly. Steve hands-down is the best electrician we know! We had a large-scale home renovation years ago, and Steve installed and brought to code the wiring for the three-level house, new addition, and the attics. As a contractor, I keep a list of great tradesmen on hand and Dependable 1 has been great to work with. Steve always gets my work done on schedule and for a fair price. I don't use any other electrical contractors because of Dependable One living up to their name.

Very happy with the service provided by this small business. I found them on Angie's list when moving to the area. I needed a variety of small electrical services such as electrical outlets and wiring for overhead lighting. Prices were fair, and the electricians obviously knew their craft well. I was happy enough with their work to schedule another appointment to install wiring for a bath fan. I would use them again and recommend their work. Steve and Michael were both good to work with.

These guys are great. I consider myself pretty handy, I replaced all of my outlets, outdoor lights, ceiling fans, but when it comes to something more serious, I knew I needed a professional. Steve came out and solved my problem I spent days trying to fix in under an hour. Great service, very knowledgeable, informative and a really nice guy.

Steve and his guys did an excellent job installing new light fixtures, fans, and fixing some electrical work in our home. We'll certainly have them back to do more work in the future.
