Was driving by and just stopped in because a car caught my eye. Got out to look and salesman came over, introduced himself and asked what kind vehicle I was looking for. We walked the lot and I picked out one I thought I'd like. He asked if I wanted to test drive, we did and I said I wasn't sure and I'd think about it.
This guy was very professional, gave me his card and said call if I see anything I liked and help me.
Nice to see no pressure sales.
If you're looking for a car, ask for Ken Eggleston . If they had what I was looking for, I would've bought from him. Still might.

I felt like they didn't want my business at first. There is a lot of customer doubt here.

I did not like how I waited there for 6 hours to get put in a car and then had to return it 2 days later because they didn't catch their errors...I live 1 hr and 30 mins from there and had to take 3 trips there n 1 week!!! And the first time they lied to me about sharing a car with my brother and my name was never added on the vehicle!! Not to mention they told me I was approved for the no money down program because of my income and still got the run around and left with out a car!!!

In February I bought a used Toyota Tundra. I took it home to get it inspected. When I was at the dealership I was told it was inspected and everything was able to pass. I’m not a car guy but I brought someone with me who was. We didn’t look at every single detail. When I took it to get inspected my mechanic told me my shocks were leaking. I got a quote and then attempted to contact the dealership. I couldn’t get passed a salesman. I called three different times and waiting approximately 45 min waiting to talk with a manager. I got upset and posted an original 2-star review saying all of this. Finally, only after seeing my review, the sales manager called me. The sales manager told me to send him the invoice for my shocks and they would send me a check as long as I take the review down. It’s about 10 months after I trusted this company with this major purchase. I removed my review per our verbal agreement but still haven’t gotten the promised check. Just be careful and pay attention to details when buying from here.

If there were a possibility to give zero stars, that's what Jim McKay Used Car Dealership would deserve. My experience here was not just underwhelming, it was infuriating.

Upon arrival, the lot seemed promising with a varied selection of cars. However, looks can be deceiving, and in this case, deceit seems to be the modus operandi of this establishment.

Firstly, their salespeople possess an uncanny ability to evade direct questions, sprinkling their responses with vague promises and assurances. But when the time comes to get any real information on the car's history, mileage or potential issues, they become master illusionists - distracting, diverting, and downright deceiving.

Then comes the pricing. The sticker prices are just the beginning. Hidden fees, non-disclosed "mandatory" add-ons, and sudden changes to financing terms mid-conversation made the process a dizzying mess of contradictions.

I also had the unfortunate experience of being shown a car that was advertised in "mint condition" when in reality, it seemed to have been in a tussle with a wrecking ball. And of course, any inquiries about this were met with more double talk and diversion.

Prospective buyers, be warned! Jim McKay's establishment is emblematic of every negative stereotype associated with used car dealerships. It's a masterclass in shady business practices, and their modus operandi seems to hinge on the hope that potential customers are too tired or too naive to notice.

Before you even consider stepping foot onto this lot, do your research, arm yourself with knowledge, and remember that in the world of used cars, if something seems too good to be true, it probably is.

Just read Andres Griggs review below, couldn't have said it better lol. Winne and Tameika called multiple time to bring my car to sell. I refused and said my price is not negotiable. She insisted that I come.. got offered way below trade-in value lol. Avoid this place at all cost.

Thought we had a deal on an Escalade -- they charge a $695 processing fee - hell that's enough to purchase a car. Not only that -- the Finance Guy they had offered warranties and crap without showing me anything but what my monthly payment would be. Horrible experience by people who think everyone is dumb (at least they thought I was). I wouldn't recommend them to my enemies!

the worst service they have given me in history. They do not want to attend when they know that they are very bad vehicle warranty services. and gone many times they can't fix my car they should have professional people.
