soon and her husband are so sweet and kind! such a lovely elderly couple - i’m not even korean but i feel like i’m being taken care of by grandparents. not sure why this place has so many negative reviews (some of the below comments are racially charged so that’s my guess). we dry cleaned a huge order of coats, jackets, pants, suits, and 2 heavy weighted blankets (like 25 lbs). everything was cleaned well and wrapped nicely when we picked it up. they even gave us a discount on our order! we will definitely be going back to them in the future! highly recommend supporting this small business

They do their own cleaning, so they can be very fast in emergencies. The staff is very accommodating to customers' need. This is one of the rare dry cleaners that understand the concept of quality customer service. They're also reasonably priced and good at cleaning and tailoring.

I had a pantsuit hemmed here and it was done perfectly. The owners are very nice and they do a great job.

Who has a silk shirt washed and ironed?! Never heard of dry cleaning? Same price for a ladies shirt. Leave these people alone and stop being unkind. I don't know why people think they can say whatever they want because it is on the internet.

This place is very close to my house I used to go there for years and years the service was good they usually toss me two to three days at least before my clothes are ready it's owned by two Korean senior citizens then the gentleman is very nice but the wife is a dragon I love to go there however I noticed when I took my dress shirt last time they were not pressed properly although their prices is much higher than any other nearby cleaners so when I argued with her over the work was not done right the shirts were not expressed correctly she kept arguing with me and she finally told me that it this is at we can do anything more so I decided I am not going to go back there anymore so I should give them one started by just because they're our neighbors I gave them two stars.

Very Very disappointing as this cleaner is so close to home. My wife bought a new silk shirt and wore it once before taking it to this cleaner. They ruin it during the ironing phase which we understand mistakes happen but what happens next is very disturbing. When we told them we did not want a store credit and wanted a refund, the female owner wanted to "negotiate" since it's been worn. We told her it was worn 1 time. Then she throws a fit with her husband and throws the clothing into the garbage can while writing the refund check. Look, we've been taking my wife's and my clothes twice a month to this cleaner and spend $25-$40 per visit, since pants are pricey. They would've made their money back in 2 visits instead of treating their customers like crap and throwing a tantrum, what a disappointment. They looked like nice people and so innocent until something goes wrong. It's not like we asked something for free, we wanted money for the mistake they made so my wife can buy a new shirt for work. Instead of continuing the relationship, we will not be taking any of our clothes there and will travel further, such an unfortunate event.

THE WORST CLEANERS EVER! I recently picked up a couple of items and 7 out of 8 items have marks on them, when I brought this to the attention of the owners of the dry cleaners became aggressive. Not to mention, most items had many wrinkles and didn’t seem dry cleaned at all. I have been going to them for many years but this will be the last time I ever go. Please find another dry cleaning place!!!

Worst cleaners that I have ever used, very very disappointing. This cleaner is next to my house, and I dropped off a shirt back in March to be cleaned, and came back a few days later, and it was completely destroyed. It looked like it got caught in the machine, but that’s not the big deal. When I walked in, the first thing the lady said was something was wrong with the shirt and that it was old. I told her that it's not even 3 months old and that I received it for Christmas. Then she said that she’s not responsible because she sends the shirts out and that company ripped it. I told her that they are your sub-contractor and that’s not how that works. Then she said it was bad fabric and I told her that its 140 2-ply Egyptian Cotton. At this point she asked me when I had gotten the shirt, and I told her again that it was a gift I got for Christmas, but my wife got it from Paul Fredrick, and then she said “online shirts no good”. She talks to her husband in a different language and then asked me if I can get the receipt to that I can return it, and I said “I am not doing that”, and she talked to her husband again so that I would not understand, and then went on to the Paul Fredrick website and saw that it was a $120 shirt, and then she hands me a check for half the amount because the shirt had been worn twice.

Accidents happen, but the way this was handled was crazy and insulting. This entire exchange with them took a half hour out of my day. I will never darken US Cleaners doorway again.

Wow whats wrong with this old asian lady? Not only she obviously racist, but she is also plain mean. She held me against my will. She opened my car door as I was pulling out of the parking lot and held it open saying she was gonna call the towing company and that im not going anywhere (at 6am!!) on a empty parking lot just because I parked in the cleaners area, which is next to a 7/11. She used some very racist language towards me and wouldnt let me leave. The old asian man was just standing there. She let me go after I told her I was gonna call the police, but kept calling me names. There is something seriously wrong with this lady. BEWARE!

I parked on the access road for a few minutes. They complained. Made sure I was not impeding traffic to their lot and parked legally. Reminded them they have their own private lot. They continued to tell insults and take pics. They are rude people that should not be patronized by our neighbors.
