Yawata Company was phenomenal! When we were deciding who to work with, Javier came over a few times for consultations and helped us scope the project. His recommendations saved us a lot of money. Javier and his team / extended family have been working together for 15+ years. They were so pleasant to work with as a team and everyone was extremely diligent to ensure every detail was addressed. We asked Javier if we could paint certain rooms and the garage before we moved out of the house and then paint other rooms afterward. They accommodated our schedule requests 100%. The price was very reasonable and the finished project was high quality. After the project was completed, I noticed some additional outside woodwork that needed to be fixed and painted. Javier and his team were quick to respond to a couple of those requests because they knew we were listing our house for sale and we only had a few days before the Open House. In addition to painting outside portions of our house and the entire inside of our house and garage, they painted the garage floor with epoxy paint which looked spectacular…I highly recommend this. The Yawata team provides the best customer service you could ask for because customer satisfaction is their #1 priority. Our house was the first house in our neighborhood to sell for over $1M in several years. Yawata was a big part of that.

Great service overall. We sold our house and needed everything to be done quite quickly. Initially we only wanted the inside walls painted and prepared for resale, but the HOA asked us to do some work on the outside of the house, too. They were able to quickly adjust and add the additional requests to the job. Price was great, communication was great and quality of work was also great!

Mr. Yawata's team just finished yesterday after a week of painting the inside of my home. They repaired drywall and plaster defects and painted ceilings, walls, woodwork and closets. They were excellent from start to finish!
I obtained three estimates and chose Mr. Yawata based on a neighbor's glowing recommendation, fair price and promise to complete our large job in a week's time. He uses a large crew (5 painters) and was done in 5 days. The quality of their work was excellent and the house was left clean every day. Pictures, wall hangings and furniture were moved and replaced by the end of the week. The project involved three bedrooms, two baths, hallway, living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room. My wife and I are extremely happy with their work and professionalism and would recommend them without reservation.

I found Yawata on a google search as I needed some small drywall patches on a few speaker holes and just one wall painted and Mr. Yawata replied to my email and texts very fast. I provided him with the photos via text of the work that needed to be done and he quickly quoted the job and we set up a date for completion. His team arrived on time as scheduled at 8:30 am and started the work without delay. They covered our stairsteps going up to the room and they cleaned up after the job was done. I provided the can of paint, but they patched the drywall with their materials. I'm very pleased with the final result, his team is very friendly, and will be contacting them again in the future for other projects.

Javier is a true professional committed to superior customer service. I hired him for power washing my house, windows, roof and gutters. He arrived on time and did a very meticulous job and I was very impressed. Based on this, I hired him again for some interior drywall repairs and got the same level of superior service. His crew came dot on time, laid down the drop cloths to avoid making a mess, performed the repairs and cleaned everything properly when they were done. I highly recommend them.

What an amazing company! We needed drywall replaced in our basement (due to flooding) and they completed the work in 2 days! They were very professional, came on time, vacuumed before they left, etc. Definitely recommend if you want a job done professionally. We were able to get on their calendar really quickly and the work looks amazing (very flat, you can't tell where the repair was made). They also repaneled part of a closet and did a great job there too.

Javier's team repaired an approximate 8x10 inch hole in a ceiling where a vent was removed. The work was excellent, done quickly and his crew was very professional. Javier was responsive regarding all communications and the price was very fair. I intend to use his company for future painting and patching needs.

Of the 3 quotes Yawata company was the only contractor that gave a quote telling me they were legitimately interested in doing the work. My bedroom ceiling was taken out replaced within the estimated time and budget that mr. Yawata provided. The work was done right for a reasonable price in what is a very high cost of living area.

We highly recommend Yawata Company. They repaired a drywall hole in our wall (due to plumbing work) in a most exemplary manner. They were fast, organized and very detail oriented. Their attention to safety issues, such as wearing a mask at all times, made us feel very comfortable having them in our home during this pandemic. The price was quite reasonable and the results are perfect. In the spring we will ask them to return for more drywall work along with a painting project. We are very impressed with Yawata Company. They also have a great sense of humor.

Javier has now been to my residence on three occasions. Each time he has performed drywall patching (size of holes differing) and painting walls, trim and ceiling with the most recent being ceiling patching and painting my newly remodeled kitchen. Every time he has been on-time, and shows the utmost respect to my wife and I. They have never left a mess, always covering everything and the professional work they put forth puts my DIY efforts to shame. Also, their pricing is competitive and worth every dollar. I cannot recommend them enough!

Javier and his brother did a fantastic job power washing brick and driveway as well as exterior painting. Javier is consistently responsive, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Work is excellent and clean-up is a part of the job. So happy to have found Javier! Fair and reasonable estimates and excellent follow-through.

I've never contracted anyone for painting before, but WOW I am SO beyond amazed with how incredible the room looked once Javier was done with it. He and his team went above and beyond to make walls that needed some TLC, look like they "were pictured in a magazine" as is quoted from a friend once I showed them the finished product. Go with Javier! You will not be disappointed in terms of cost or quality!

The real deal! Hard to find good, reliable painters in this area. Javier was on top of it. Quick estimate, fair price, great quality. Even came out on a Sunday to ensure the job was finished on time as we were under a tight deadline due to a quick home sale. Highly recommend! No wonder they continue to get 5 stars.

Javier and his crew did a great job fixing up drywall and painting in different areas of the home to cover the nails and cracks. Beautiful job painting a bedroom suite. Javier is responsive, on time, courteous, and cleans up after the job. They use good paint and gave us high quality work. The price was reasonable. This is the second job they have done for me on short notice and I was completely satisfied both times.

Very courteous men, from setting up the dry wall repair estimate, through completion of the job. They did excellent work in minimal time at the lowest cost from all four estimates we got. They even took photos of the in-process work to show me there was no internal wall water damage. I'll contact them if I ever need some painting help too. You can't go wrong with these guys.

Yawata Painting did a wonderful job painting my 5000 sq. ft. house. This included removing a lot of wallpaper and repairing damaged walls. Javier also power-washed my house and replaced damaged wood on the outside of the house. A few times I called Javier to return and paint additional items and he quickly returned to do what ever else I needed.

I have already referred him to friends and highly recommend him for all your painting and power-washing needs.

I had a leak in basement and had to get drywall, baseboard and paint done after repairing. I went through 3 different contractors with no success (either estimate was too high or they just didn't show up), before I luckily found Yawata. I sent an email via there site and got response the next day.

Javier came couple days later and gave me an estimate that was reasonable, and in line with what I had been researching and expecting. Javier and his brother, Hideki came about a week later and did a great job. They are professional, courteous and made sure I was happy with their work.

I definitely plan to use them in future and did not hesitate to write this review for them.

Excellent service for my recent total home repaint job. Eatimate was professionally done and communicated. Scheduling was responsive and adapted to our schedule. Workmanship was of a very big quality and they responded to all requests for touch ups, missed spots, etc. Good carpentry where baseboard replacement needed. Would enthusiastically recommend them.
