This was my FIRST time ever shopping at Ulta. I have acne prone skin with lots of acne scars. I was looking for a foundation to cover my imperfections. I met Pai, who was working yesterday. I asked her to help me find the right products for my skin because all products seem to give me breakouts. She looked at my skin tone and asked me what type of coverage I looked for, which l told her that I want something with coverage but also has some elements of skin care build in it. Pai was so so nice and super patient. She took the time to show me which product is good for my skin, which I really appreciate because she was genuinely taking her time to help me. I tried 2-3 products from Clinique that she recommended and I ended up buying them all. I used to buy Clinique before and the fact that she recommended a brand, which I hadn’t told her before, made me think that she was a very good and educated on skin care. She seemed to be a compassionate person who just want to help me, who struggled to find skin care products

Ulta you have my money. As a long time customer from Sephora, I’m switching to buy products from Ulta moving forward. If you shop here, look for Pai. She will take care of you.

I had a wonderful experience coming here. I wanted to learn more on products for hyperpigmentation's and the staff here are super nice and educated me on products that are good for my skin type. thank you so much for all the help!!

I've been here a couple of times and it's been hit and miss. I've tried a couple of stylists but Betty made me feel comfortable and gave me beautiful hair. I was having the express keratin done. Betty was kind, patient and you could tell she enjoyed her job. After my hair was done I walked around the store casually. No one approached to ask if I needed any help, which surprised me but perhaps they were busy in other areas. I found some great deals and look forward to trying the out at home. Isabel the cashier was friendly, complimented me on my hair, smiled and was casually chatting. She was welcoming and very sweet. I'd return to this Ulta.

I came in to Ulta today desperate to find products for my dry, natural hair. I was assisted by two young ladies from the salon. Both were black, one had longer hair and the other had a short cut which was colored green. I am writing this review because I really appreciate the awesome customer service that was given to me by both of these young women. The stylist with the short hair gave me her name and I forget (I have short term memory) I think it starts with a N. She was really great assisting me with finding products that suit my hair. She took the time to speak with me, answer and asked questions about my haircare needs and gave me recommendations on how to keep my hair happy. Mind you I was not getting a service at the salon. I was just searching the aisle for products. These two are awesome and really understand what customer service is about. I will be reaching out in the near future for a salon service.

I thought I couldn’t love ULTA more, but they delivered my last two orders within the same week! In March I had an issue and Sandra, from Guest Service, was amazing in solving it promptly. Moreover, it is always a pleasure to visit the store.

I love this place. All the staff members are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They will offer help and explain and answer any questions or concerns the customer has. Also, they have huge variety of brands that fits almost any budget

This place always have good deal because they let customers exchange when not satisfy and all the deffrent companies cosmetics.

I had a hair appointment with fareena today and she did a fantastic job on delivering the service I asked for, maybe even more than what I asked for. I am super in love with how my hair came out and I will definitely be coming back to see her. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for an expert stylist!

I’ve been going to Sara at the benefit brow bar for years and years, I don’t let anyone else touch my brows because she’s truly an expert! The service is always awesome, she makes the process fun, easy, and quick which is perfect for me! I can’t recommend Sara enough, she’s amazing!

Products always seem fresh to me. I love that you can try out the hair dryers. Prices need checking for some items. I like this place though, it's reliable.

This by far is my favorite ulta location. Why? Well, everyone is so happy to sell and share product details and answer all of my crazy questions. Janessa who is the Retail Sales Manager is AWESOME and helpful. Nevertheless everyone who works at this location is always helpful.

Went to get a new foundation that actually matches my skin and gives me coverage. A young lady helped me but wasn't able to match me. She asked Stephanie to help me and she sure did! She took her time with me and answered all my questions. This is definitely the best Ulta in nova. The Woodbridge and Manassas stores are garbage.

I love that Ulta is really close to me and I don't have to go to the mall to get certain products. They've got a great variety. And I really enjoy shopping there!

A great cosmetics store on Main St. of Fairfax city offering a diverse selection of beauty and salon products and services. A very well organized store with each product line comprehensively labeled and knowledgeable sales staff who never push anyone to buy their products.

This place is always super organized and stocked. Today the staff was very helpful and nice when we didn't know what to get. I like that fact that everything is in order and they always have stock of products.

Went to the salon here for a hair glaze with Bernadette, she did an amazing job! Highly recommend
