Very clean and well organized place. Also the employees are so friendly, nice, and professional.
I was asked if I needed any help by 4 employees in less than 30 minutes, such an amazing experience in a small store.
I found a very big collection of non Alcholic drinks that I didn't see in any other store. Difenately recommended this store to anybody who looks for great products and great customer service.

Enjoyed the help at this Ffx location. A young gentleman there helped me pick out good, better, and best champagnes for NYE.

Great prices, selection and service. I picked up beer that was sold out at the the location and they honored the same price. I was concerned that name might not honor the sale price when I arrived but I talk with the manager and he was very accommodating.

Loved this shop. Great variety and highly organized

First of all I love that this place has pretty much all the wine that I can look up online and find it here. Secondly, this place also has a section where the top 10 popular wine selection that you can try out that changes every do often. I love their recommendations and pricing is reasonable as well. Finally every section is very well organized and clean so this is awesome if you want to spend your time after work with a glass of wine. I recommend it! =)

Very helpful staff and wonderful selection. I was able to get a bottle of wine from the country of Georgia, which not normally found in my local wine stores.

Also has authentic German beer selection for Oktoberfest!

I had a good experience shopping here. The staff member helped me choose several wines. The selection is varied and ranges in price. I also bought cider. I like their new rewards program.

This is one of the best places to buy both beer and wine they have almost everything. I went there to see if they had a beer I discovered in France and sure enough they had it. I was very pleased and picked up a bottle.

They sell the best ginger beer on the planet. Customer service in this location is spot on. Awesome employees.

Excellent customer service! Awesome prices! I never would go there because I thought they were expensive! My daughter suggested but they had good prices and I said no they don't! She's very much the type that insist she's always right my daughter that is…LOL… so I went and lo and behold they have excellent prices! I signed up to be a part of their Club and I'm in now! Meaning I signed up with my email address! I did great advertisements about discounts! That's where she was buying my bottles of wine from for holiday parties on my birthday and she wanted to get me a bottle of wine was he bought it over for dinner! Smart girl!

Good place to go for wine (and more), totally!

Excellent selection with knowledgeable staff. Just wish they had more local Virginia wines. Wish they had a map at the front of the store that shows where everything is.

This chain has a great selection and our local wine and more has really excellent service. The staff knows quite a bit about wine and beer, so we get really great recommendations when searching for something new.

Staff was awesome, especially Dominic. He made me feel at home even though it was my first time in, and was very knowledgeable about his products. Professional and savvy, I recommend this store and thank you Dominic!

Staff here are mostly knowledgeable and always friendly. As long as I can explain what I want, someone is always able to find me the right item. Small tip: It's also a great place to pick up an empty carton if you need one.

Great selections and wide range of prices

I was at the Fairfax store yesterday and one of the employees, Erin, took a substantial amount of her time trying to find me some more bottles of a German import beer that inventory listed as being there. A LOT OF TIME. I really appreciate her customer service. If it were up to me, I’d give her a raise!

I had an excellent experience with this store. The staff were very friendly and were always willing to help you find what ever you wanted/ needed. They were very knowledgeable about their products and were willing to share their experience about what they had tried and what others had said about their products. I would definitely recommend this location and store to anyone who is interested in buying these products. Definitely worth the 5 star rating!

I love coming here to grab some seasonal craft beers and rare ones you can't get at the grocery store. I love that I can check if something is in stock before I come by checking online. They also have a huge selection of wines but to be honest I'm normally here for the beer!

The cashier was very knowledgeable and recommended things from my favorite brand I didn't even know existed. 10/10
