They had exactly what I needed, a petite sofa and loveseat set for a great price. I got both pieces for less than I would normally have paid for just the sofa. They also offered delivery in just two days, which is so much better than the big box stores. The delivery staff were careful and very efficient in getting the furniture in my weird shaped and smaller than average doorway. Now, I need an extra dresser for upstairs, and I will definitely being going back to them.

The store owner, Arvin, is very personable and even came with the guys when they delivered the sofa and loveseat to my house. Its not a huge store but it has a very decent selection. The part that blew me away was the artwork that is mated to huge glass panels. The bold colors and unique subject matter sucked me in. I bought one for my living room. When I went back recently he had added additional subject matter. If you're furniture shopping I would encourage to give Arvin a chance to win your business. Mike Martin

Love love love Brother's Outlet Furniture! Beautiful sturdy and most importantly comfortable furniture at an affordable price! My mom purchased the couch and rug pictured, for me and my family last Christmas and I just recently purchased the ottoman that goes with it and I LOVE it! The family is a great team and are just the nicest people I've EVER met. They delivered my couch and rug and did a wonderful job, they even put a bow on my couch! My family and I LOVE the couch the rug and the ottoman. We will only shop here for our furniture from now on! I will be purchasing a kitchen table from here soon! Best family owned business EVER! Very helpful staff and a wide variety of items in stock. The prices were very reasonable and for high quality, already built furniture pieces. We bought one item in stock and Arvin helped us load it into our vehicle, and they had a large tablet to look up other furniture they could get shipped to the store. I highly recommend.

Awesome, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service. Mary and Arvin helped to make my shopping experience a smooth and pleasant one. They made great suggestions and stayed within my budget and even helped me browse through the online and in store inventory. I bought all of my furniture for my apartment and good quality furniture and a great selection. I did not feel pressured at all and both greeted me by first name during my visits in the store. The man who helped us (the owner I believe) was fantastic with helping us get a couch fast. We walked in and were blown away by the selection and price. We were also able to get same day delivery within an hour from purchasing. It was a tight fit getting the sectional in but the guys never gave up. Fully recommend!

From the moment I walked into the store their customer service was amazing. Mary helped me out in the store - she was the sweetest and most helpful salesperson ever. Then when it was time for delivery and setup the husband & wife team did an AMAZING job. They were on time and very respectful of my property. Plus they delivered on such short notice. I went in to pick up my Wish order, left having purchased a great priced sofa with USB ports! Great customer service! Family owned business. Very clear on pricing. Love the fact that almost everything has a price tag so no off the cuff pricing. Definitely a new favorite.

The owners know us by name, remember every piece we have purchased, and are always creative in helping us find what we need… the right furniture at the right price. So glad I found this furniture store! They have some really nice pieces that are reasonably priced. Arvin worked with me and my husband to ensure that he were able to get what we needed for our home while staying within our budget. He was really helpful AND our furniture was delivered to us on the same day!! Everyone practices and adheres to covid guidelines so it's a safe environment for anyone involved. Wonderful store, we will be back for sure.

Arvin and his wife were very friendly, proffesional and made every effort to get me the best deal and financing options to fit my budget. Definitely went out of his way! And when I had questions about the financing he didnt know he actually called himself to verify the information. Most salesman would have given you whatever came to mind and that's it! Truly a hidden gem here in Henrico. I cant wait to have my new Leather sectional delivered. Will be back in the near future for more!

After horrible experiences with other furniture stores we came here for a couch and love seat and the service and furniture were both incredible. We had delivery scheduled the very next day whereas every other store was quoting us over 2 months. Absolutely amazing place, thank you!
