Incredible pharmacy, incredible staff. I get my vaccinations here (Sarah was incredible & made it SO comfortable- and the pharmacy even informed me of a cycle I never completed!) and the pharmacy tech Taylor is so incredibly efficient every time I go in. Reaching them on the phone is SO easy & the guy that does the hold messages has a great voice too :) Everyone I’ve seen here genuinely cares about their job & about their customers, of all ages. AND! On top of it all!They’re part of an LGBT+ organisation in Richmond! Literally the best pharmacy, it’s not close.

We love Bremo! I'm so glad we switched to them. They are on top of medicine refills and have a really convenient automatic refill system. They are really considerate too. We always get a syringe with a line for the current dose for my daughter's medicine, and my pills have a minty taste. Bremo has saved our sanity- we used to wait an hour or more at CVS every time we needed medicine.

I went through their medication management class and I loved it. It was very informative. I knew a little info about medications but now I feel even more equipped to do my job. The instructors kept me engaged. Even though I worked overnight before class I was able to stay awake because of that. Everyone in the office was very sweet and kind. That’s always a plus. I would highly recommend going through this company.

They were quick to help and had what I was finding hard to find. The cafe part smelled wonderful and you really need to get an old time lemon-lime aide made fresh!!!!!

I can't say enough great things about this pharmacy and the team. They always call me when there's any change to my parents meds. They are always looking out for my parents, both in their 80's. Without the help of Bremo, my parents would still be taking too many, some potentially harmful, meds. Their previous pharmacy dropped the ball one last time before I convinced them they needed to be with Bremo. Moving my parents meds to Bremo Pharmacy was the first, best thing I ever did when I took over as their health care advocate for our family. Don't hesitate to make the same move. You won't regret it. Donna, who works in the pharmacy, is a great tech. She is aware of ALL of my individuals medications and keeps me posted if any changes arise. Her professionalism is outstanding and is to be commended.

Earlier, this morning, my Wife and I, went to Bremo Pharmacy so that I could receive my first Corvid-19 vaccination. I am 79 and, for five weeks, I had been trying to get our vaccinations without any success. I contacted every Government web site along with every local pharmacy, and received not the first response. Then, a friend told me about Bremo Pharmacy which I had never heard of. So, I contacted them and registered both of us. A couple days ago I received notification that I had been given a appointment but my wife had not been included. When getting ready to leave for my appointment I asked my wife to go with me hoping she would be able to get her shot. When we arrived at the Pharmacy and as I was filling out the paperwork, I asked if it would be possible for her to get her vaccination. The lady said she would check and, shortly, came back and said they would be happy to include her. So, after 5 weeks of trying to get our vaccinations without any success, Bremo Pharmacy came through and gave us our vaccinations. The Staff and, service, was absolutely outstanding. I have informed several friends who, like us, have had problems getting their vaccinations, about Bremo Pharmacy and what outstanding service we've had, so that they could get theirs too. Thank you, again Bremo Pharmacy, for your outstanding service.

Got both my first and second dose for Covid-19 here! The facility was clean and the workers were super nice! In and out no problem and the injection was painless! A great small business doing important work for the community!

The staff here was wonderful. They were so helpful and friendly. We went here for our COVID vaccination and were so impressed. We recommend this pharmacy to everyone. Patty was especially wonderful and made us feel so welcome. We love Bremo!

I have been a client of Ideal Protein since the end of February (2021). This program is the real deal. I gained a lot of weight after having two children and couldn't seem to get the weight off. Since starting IP in February I am down 25lbs and counting, have more energy, and overall feel mentally and physically better. Kristi is so wonderful. She is a great coach and helps to me to stay on track during our weekly meetings. I 1000% recommend this program if you are looking to lose weight and improve your health.

Consistently fantastic people. They may not get everything perfect, but they will take the time to work with you within the realm of the possible. You might want to learn about all the programs and services this place really offers, because you won't find them at most 'big-box' retailers (any that I know of). The seemingly tiny store belies the extensive capacity and creativity of this operation. You might be surprised at what you can take advantage of through their programs, and wondering why more pharmacies don't have such great pharmacists!

I was advised recemtly that what I had been told was an ankle sprain last March was actually a small fracture. The orthopedic doctor recommended compression socks. Ami spent a lot of time in getting the size that the doctor had assigned for me, explaining how to most easily put the sock on and other details about its care. This is more than a pharmacy; the information, patience and kindness exhibited by Ami was refreshing.
