I'm sad to see Lafayette Pharmacy go...it appears they closed permanently in October 2022 with little to no publicity. They were my family's neighborhood pharmacy for several years, and delivered my dad's heart medication to his door in the final months of his life when he was too weak to drive or walk out of his home. Mel & team, you will be missed!

The ne plus ultra of what a pharmacy should be. Great service, great communication. They seem unusually skilled at cutting through the insurance company BS quickly. A hidden gem. I called what felt like every pharmacy in Richmond trying to get a prescription filled and this was the ONLY one that had what I needed in stock. They even were twelve pills short and when they got them in stock a few days later they DELIVERED them to my door. So glad I found this place.

The best customer service and genuine care is consistent. There is a "back in the day" feel to the experience, whenever you visit. If ever you're unable to pick up your prescription, the offer home delivery!!! I've had the pleasure of working with the great people at Layfayette Pharmacy for many years and will hopefully be a customer forever! Thank you Layfayette Pharmacy!!!

Great hometown pharmacy within walking distance of where I live. They deliver, not sure how far out, but they recently had to cut back on their delivery service so now anything called in after one will not be delivered till the next day. There is Stella's, a Greek restaurant and their companion Greek grocery store, a bedding store, and laundry all in the same block.
