I had to post a big thank you to Jasmine and Jalen (apologies if spelled incorrectly) for making my trip to JCPenney worth the drive! You have two great employees, and I was impressed! They both greeted me at different points in the store and were quickly helpful. I'll be returning to the store soon. I've experienced order mishaps in the past few months. My interacting with you two restored some faith today. Thank you again!!!

I just left the JCP make-up department… What a fun experience! I had some very odd requests because of Halloween. Morgan was so nice and than able to solve my challenges. We laughed and she gave great instruction. I needed instruction! This is the way to do retail. Love it! I will be back!

I am an ex associate (30 years in Texas at the home office). Morgan didn’t know this until near the end of our conversation. She was kind and informative during the entire ‘transaction’, helping me find the best product for the best price. We even found items on clearance. Yes!!! This is the first time I have actually been into the new make up area in JCPenney. I am impressed and will be back for more fun soon!

Gary and Terry were absolutely amazing in helping me with an online order! I accidentally had an item sent to the wrong store that was an hour away from me. They were able to cancel and reorder the item to have it sent to a store near me. They made the process quick and were extremely professional. Thank you again!

The service was great. The sales were great. Clean store.

I had an event where I needed a plain white polo with no logo and realized a few hours before that I didn’t have one. Bridget and Chris were so friendly and helpful and were able to quickly find me what I needed. Thank you!

Nicole Carpenter, a stylist in the salon at White Oak, was able to turn the bad cut that I came in with into a cute haircut. I've received compliments from friends, and have already made my next appointment with Nicole. She not only is professional and friendly, she knows what she is doing!

I had a great shopping experience here today. The store was busy with holiday shoppers, as expected, the cashier was very friendly, and courteous as well as efficient. She folded the clothes nicely and was able to get everything into one bag. I really appreciate how carefully she did her job. It was a pleasure shopping there and checking out was very easy. I will definitely go back there when I am in the area.

Did my first online order to do same day pickup and was ready in less than 30 minutes. Of course I did some window shopping and as always they have amazing deals. The style of colors are more popping and modern with change in style. Finding your size should never be an issue

Love the store. So nice and clean. I even paid attention to the employees. They spoke to everyone. What's funny I never do surveys.
The only problem I had when I got to the register at the front. It was plenty of cashier but no one as was I ready to be checked out. Then here comes an employer walked up from behind the counter and asked was I ready?. She was very kind tried to offer me everything and I loved it. Other then that. I loved the store and I'm not from around here. Keep up the good service.

Mykirah was awesome. She was courteous and friendly. Great customer service. I will definitely look for her on my next visit.

This store is always super clean when I go in and well organized. The staff is always friendly and helpful if I need. There is plenty of parking and the store is easy to find. The only downside is something Imes the checkout process takes a while because there are only a few registers open and a lot of customers. Tonight it was a very quick checkout. Overall a great store.

I live pretty far from this location, but traveled because the Chesterfield Towne Center location was all booked up.

I was a little nervous going to a new location, but not only are the prices better, but the stylist (Antionette, I think?) did a fantastic job!

I booked back to back appointments for myself and my 9 year old and we both wanted pretty modern cuts. I got half my head shaved and a very short cut on the other side, and my daughter also went very short with the “wolf cut” that she had seen on Tik Tok (lol). I was a bit hesitant about how her cut would turn out, and tbh I think the hair stylist was too at first lol, but she did an incredible job!

I believe the stylist we had was named Antionette? I hope that was her name, and I apologize if I’m wrong, but I can’t find my apt info anymore. Anyway, she did an awesome job on both of us. She was super patient and friendly and my daughter was very excited with her cut. Two weeks later and she’s still extremely pleased with it (which is pretty rare for her). She did a great job with mine as well!

Overall 10/10 on this place. I might even make the journey to go to this location in the future, the price difference makes it worth it, and I’d be happy just to have the same stylist.

Wonderful salon! I took my daughter to Diane for her first relaxer. She listened to all of my concerns and talked me through everything she recommended. Quiet atmosphere and staff are really friendly. Cost is up there but worth it for the service and great stylists.

I've been a member here for years. They always have a pretty good selection of clothing and customer service is usually on point. I would defiantly recommend 😊😉.

Always clean and well stocked

Store is clean and they add cashier's when they're busy. Cashier's were overly helpful this visit, and so was a customer in line who offered to let me use her coupon... That was on her phone... It was a very nice, annual work clothes trip.

If you have not been here recently, you should definitely stroll around, there are some big and small changes in the store. There's plenty of selection and variety to find what you need! Plus I'm a huge fan of all the sales that are available what feels like every time I shop here!! The employees are helpful without hovering and always ready to help with friendliness and a smile.

The door greeter was very friendly and nice. The customer service representative was very nice and efficient, please thank her. The men dress clothing section didn't have a mirror in this section. The cashier, she was wonderful and ask manager to give me the online price. JCP HAV

This is the nicest Penney's I have ever been in! It is white and bright, and well displayed. The lighting in the store makes it easy and enjoyable to shop for a longer time than in the mall-based stores with no windows, where it is easy to feel like you're in a hole or a cave.
The staff were friendly and helpful.

A day with grandchildren to get something for their mom for Mother's Day. I let them pick out what they wanted to give her. They did a great job and the service was outstanding. Thanks for being a great store.
