K&G Fashion Superstore

Dear K&G Customers, this is an edited review, moving from 1 star to 5 stars. I am grateful for the head manager and KG Cares. They really worked through the issue I had and resolved it in timely and orderly manner and fashion. The truth prevailed and I am grateful for the resolution. They do want the best deal for you, customer. I recommend all of us to continue respecting their store policy. Thank you Ms. Brown.

OMG! I've never visited this store. I was actually surprised at what they had to offer. And the prices are so reasonable that it makes you want to buy out the store! I came with soon to be family members looking for suits and I went looking around. Had I the money I would have found myself broke... AGAIN! But I would not mind one little bit. They have great merchandise there. I can't wait to go back!😁😉

A great place for dress clothing. I am very pleased with customer service I received from Russell. He helped my wedding party look very sharp for a great price. I even had the alterations done on site. Don't forget to sign up for the email alerts for coupons!

Brought my sons in for during a trying time for us due to the loss of a beloved family member. The assistance was amazing from the young lady in the men’s department and another young gentleman who shared his name with both of my sons. Thank you so much. We will return!

One of the few and last menswear store in the Richmond area. If you are old school or new or even a woman it's a nice one stop shop for all of your fashion needs. Oh and don't for get the children it's actually a family store. This is a must go to store and it may end your time consuming shopping outing with one visit. Did I mention there is always a sale going on check them out.

Brought me a slamming bad pink shirt for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

I as well as my wife shop at K&G for all of our fashion. The prices are great and I've always been given impeccable service. I can't count how many times I've had a salesperson from the men's department to dress me for an event..kudos

Always well organized, and lots of options. Very pretty dresses for little girls, and a few options for toddler boys. The men's section is massive, and can find what I need 99% of the time. Prices are reasonable, sometimes unbeatable, and quality is good for the price.

Went to a couple of stores looking for a couple of items. Couldn't find what I wanted. Someone suggested going to K&G, which I don't usually do, and found exactly what I was looking for.

I came into the store yesterday. Trying to match a shirt and was getting very discouraged about finding my size. Russell helped me fine a nice Stacy Adams suit for a wedding. He was a life saver, service was wonderful and he has encouraged me to definitely start buying more dress clothing in the near future. Thanks Russell I will definitely be coming back soon

Great service. The entire staff was friendly and very helpful. Thank you to the gentleman who helped us purchase two suits for our teenage son. I also didn't know they sold women's clothing. Great selection of women's clothing.

Friendly staff helpful. We had a older lady helping us and she really knew her stuff. My husband is 6'5 She was able to help me get him clothes that fit perfectly. Prices are reasonable.

Very unique store for men footwear.

I would have to say I just had one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had. Tim helped me find the right suit, shirts, ties etc. great customer service and very knowledgeable of the products he was selling.......Highly recommend....wish I had of gone there first. Would have save me the wasted time and the return trip to take back suit I purchased fro J.C. Penny's

When I first came to this store and was looking for a suit and dress pants, the staff was very professional. Normally I usually shop in the west end for my stuff. It's Fashion Metro and K&G Fashion are going to be my top 2 clothing stores in the east end.

Great assortment of suits, leisure wear, shoes and misc items; all of this and more for men and women. They offer discounts via text. I absolutely love this store which is a one stop shop.
