After calling several stores in the area and getting no where, my daughter and I experienced the most caring and exceptional customer service at store #681 in Richmond today after she heard my daughter's emergency. The Manager, Saepreanna and Latika went above and beyond and found the perfect needed merchandise for my daughter's Sr Yr college homecoming all via telephone, WOW!! Very professional, patient, and kind. Angels, Thank you for making this a special moment in time for her, we are forever grateful and thankful. Blessings!!🙏🤩🤗

I shopped at the White Oak Rainbow Store and I was helped by Mila. She was awesome!
Mila was in the middle of working, but she took the time out to help me look around to find a size of an outfit that I was looking for. I didn't even have to ask her. She asked "Are you finding everything alright and I said "No" and she jumped right in to help. And every customer that left the store, she bidded them a BLESSED day.
