Alliance Physical Therapy

I started going to Alliance for treatment on my right hip. When I first started my pain was at a 8-9 some days and when I left I was at about a 1-2. They gave me stretches, strength exercises, dry needling, heat & e-stim to help me get my strength and mobility back. Very knowledge staff and fun to be around. Highly recommended if you’re experiencing any pain or discomfort.

PT Zach has helped me strengthen my back and neck after a car accident better than several years of chiropractic care has (not to knock chiropractic). He supported my PT visits with at-home stretching recommendations and bands to support my independent care practice. Zach is very professional and knowledgeable, and everyone in the office is so friendly. I have looked forward to each visit!

This is definitely the best physical therapy I've ever been to. Every instructor was on point and made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain as I did my exercises. The heat a stim was amazing after each session too. Highly recommend if you've been injured

I had the absolute pleasure of receiving physical therapy at Alliance Physical Therapy (Willow Lawn Location) under the care of Dr. Okay and their exceptional staff. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for my entire experience.
Dr. Okay's expertise and dedication to my rehabilitation were immediately evident. They took the time to thoroughly assess my condition, patiently explaining the treatment plan they had in mind. Throughout the course of my therapy, Dr. Okay displayed an impressive depth of knowledge, tailoring each session to my specific needs. It was evident that my well-being was their top priority.
The staff at Alliance Physical Therapy was equally remarkable. From Katie and Maroa at the front desk to the wonderful therapists and assistants Rebecca and Zack, everyone worked together seamlessly to create a welcoming and efficient environment. Their teamwork and commitment to patient care were evident in every interaction.
The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the equipment to aid in my rehabilitation. The amazing staffs attention to detail added to the overall positive experience.
What truly sets Alliance Physical Therapy apart is the genuine care and compassion exhibited by Dr. Okay and the entire team and directors, Matt, Aaliyah, Lisa. They not only helped me regain my physical strength and mobility but also provided emotional support throughout my journey to recovery. Their encouragement and motivation were instrumental in my progress.
I can confidently say that Dr. Okay and the staff at Alliance Physical Therapy go above and beyond in their commitment to patient well-being. I came here after being at the front end of a four car fender bender. I had terrible neck and back pain and I was working serving and food industry jobs, I had felt so stiff and uncomfortable all throughout the day before coming here.

The staff at Alliance was so kind, personable, as well as flexible with my crazy schedule. I went three times a week and I always looked forward to going. I would suggest this specific location to anyone in need of physical therapy. Thank you!

I came to Alliance after I injured my neck and back in an auto accident. I must say I am glad I did. I saw Matt multiple days per week over the course of several months, and during that time he was informative, attentive, and thorough. I’d never had a neck or back injury before, and even though the nerve pain could be quite intense, Matt had a plan in place to get me back feeling good as new. Even at times when I’d felt like I’d hit a rut in the rehab, Matt was able to pivot to other treatments and exercises that eventually got me over the hump. And it doesn’t stop with Matt. Everyone I interacted with at Alliance—including Tyler, Aaron, and the operations team up front—was professional and kind. If I were to ever need physical therapy again, Matt and the folks at Alliance will be my first call.

Matt is phenomenal. He's consistent with his treatment plan and really challenges you to ensure your best chance at recovery. I have enjoyed, despite the pain and frustration, of treatment under his care. Moreover, I'm so much better and getting better every day!

Haven Lineberry was my therapist. She was awesome! She was so compassionate yet professional. The office staff were always friendly and upbeat. The billing office has e real gem in Nikki. Just an overall great place.

My experience was amazing ! 10/10 I worked with a few different people each day and I felt like they all were super supportive and had my best interest at heart .

Been going to this location for a few weeks now. The ladies at the front desk were friendly, and provided very flexible scheduling. The exercises I did helped a lot. The people I worked with were extremely helpful, compassionate, friendly and provided great tricks to help with my neck and back pain. I really enjoyed coming here. Everyone here Treated everyone with respect. Coming here helped 100 percent and I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else.

Literally holding back a few tears with this one. This was the 1st time I’ve been involved in a rear end accident. The result left my body pretty messed up with a little ptsd in being on the road, scared of vehicles pulling up behind at red lights or stop signs. On top of that, being pregnant! As my fiancé says, “You can’t just go around hitting people with cars.” With that being said, I can’t express my gratitude enough for Alliance Physical Therapy! From the ladies at the front desk to the therapists in the workout area, my experience has been welcoming, non-judgmental, understanding, progressive, professional and still down to earth. The exercises developed for my particular situation and the baby had detailed thought put behind the intended results. So it wasn’t like I came in and just did any stretch/exercise. I admit, I was nervous at first, but the hospitality, communication, focus and the massage gun with the heat pad helped me to relax. The care is genuine and the results are progressive. I ended up ordering a yoga ball with the massage gun in my cart. I learned a lot of stretches/exercises that I can practice at home thanks to Matt! Big shoutout to Ruth, Aaron and the rest of the team!

Was needing a Dr and PT Asap due to accident this place called me from a referral given to them and listened attentively and addressed my concerns with awesome same day service. Top Tier in my Opinion!!!

Tyler is awesome I have been coming to this facility for about a month now ..while each PT has been wonderful to work with we will definitely miss Tyler the most when our time comes to an end

This review is solely intended for the Willowlawn location. This was my first time going to Physical Therapy so I didn't know what to expect. The Staff as a whole were Friendly, Respectful and Professional. They did an Awesome job helping me Understand the benefits Physical therapy offers especially for my specific condition. I am so Thankful that I found Alliance Physical Therapy and Would encourage anyone that is in need of a Physical therapist (therapy) to give Alliance a call!

I must say that I pray Matt and the staff over at Alliance still have anything nice to say to me after taking so long to leave this review. My sincere apologies! For this to have been my first time ever having to get physical therapy, those guys and gals treated me like a real family member and listened to some life views of mine as well which lead me to say that I wouldn’t recommend ANY OTHER physical therapy to any of my family and friends, if it isn’t ALLIANCE! If you are looking for a great place to rehab your injury this is the place to go. From the moment you walk in the door they really make sure you have a great experience. Aaliyah always greets me when I walk in, she always tells me to have a great day and reminds me of my next appointment upon leaving. Matt is an amazing physical therapist. He was able to do an assememt to see what was going on and plan appropriate treatment. I have had several dry needling sessions with Matt and somehow he manages to make the fact that a needle is sticking me not seem so bad. The benefits of dry needling are definitely worth the mild discomfort during treatment and gets easier each time. I have noticed a big difference in my neck, traps, and headaches. Tyler is also a great physical therapist, you can tell he enjoys what he does. Haven has a magic touch...when I come in with a headache she does sub occipital release and a few other fancy named things that make my headache go away for a good bit of time. Gabby is an awesome assistant, very friendly, she is quick to make sure everything is sanitized and helping you know what exercise to do next and makes sure you have everything you need. This is definitely the place to go for any of your physical therapy needs. This crew really cares about your wellbeing and helping you recover.

This is my first time writing a review. Alliance Physical Therapy has helped me so much that I felt I should tell everyone about my experience. Front desk staff has always been polite and efficient. I get email and text reminders for my appointments. My first appointment was about ten months ago for a painful right shoulder. It had been giving me problems for several years. I couldn't do one push-up due to pain. Matt Burress took time to listen and take preliminary measurements of my strength and range of motion. He understood that I wanted to get my strength back. Matt would demonstrate each exercise while telling me the muscle groups he was targeting. Within a few short weeks I was able to go back to the gym. I can now crank out 50 push-ups in a set. Thanks Matt!!
So I just had disc fusion in my lower back and will go back to Matt once I get cleared by my doctor.

Matt Burgess was wonderful. He worked with me for 2 months following a car accident. I worked with Kristen a few times as well. The front desk staff is always cheerful and know you by name. Appointment scheduling is easy and they usually can accommodate your schedule and allow changes at the last minute. I recommend them highly.

I highly recommend this site to anyone who is in need of physical therapy. I recently underwent shoulder surgery and a friend of mine recommended this place to me. I decided to give it a shot and I can say I received some of the best care during my time there. I have undergone multiple surgeries in the past which have also required physical therapy and this was hands down the best experience I have ever had. The entire staff is very friendly and they were flexible with my work schedule. Matt is very knowledgeable and passionate about his job which makes the experience that much better. The effort and time he puts into your care really shows his dedication and I definitely benefited from it as my shoulder feels better than ever. The site itself has all the equipment needed to appropriately rehab whatever injury you may have. If the unfortunate time comes when I injure myself again, I will be coming back here!
