The Westin Virginia Beach Town Center

Great location and nice rooms. This is a nice hotel and has a beautiful event space available to rent.

The lobby is fresh and updated and the rooms are very nice. We stayed in a higher room with a fabulous view of the city - you could see for miles. We had floor to ceiling windows and a nice shower. It was great.

Located in Town Center there are tons and tons of places to eat and loads of shopping.

Parking is in their attached garage.

Exactly what I think of with the Westin brand. Clean, well lit lobby that smells of the Westin scent. Prompt and friendly front desk registration. Clean and well maintained rooms. Just there is no Elite lounge at this location. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Grocery store within walking distance.

Love the bartender - Jason is amazing if you have the chance to be served by him! The room was to our liking for a girls weekend, bathroom was a tad bit small but fine. There was a little hiccup with housekeeping throwing our food away accidentally but management handled it PERFECTLY. Service was amazing, would stay here again. 10/10 no notes!!!!

My fiancé and I were in town visiting from Charlotte, NC and had the pleasure of staying at The Westin. When you walk in, you are greeted by a gorgeous lobby with a restaurant, bar, coffee shop and marketplace included for those visiting. From check in until checkout, the staff was always hospitable throughout our stay. We booked the single room with a king bed and it was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking around the Town Center area.

Love everything about this place. Starting with the ladies and gents at the front desk. The lobby is beautiful! Rooms are so nice and clean. Beds are soft and fresh. Food was amazing! Staff go above and beyond! Fantastic place, wonderful energy, and you need a room key to access the elevators so it's added peace of mind for you and your loved ones safety. I wish I could give this place 10 stars!

This past weekend was our 2nd stay at The Westin & we LOVE it! We won’t stay anywhere else in VB. The staff is so friendly & helpful, the restaurant/bar in the hotel is delicious, and the coffee shop has so many options! 10/10. We’ll be back!

My server Lisa was awesome and took care of us all night. She refilled our drinks quickly and provided me coffee. She is awesome constantly moving to accommodate guests.

My husband and I stayed a night at the Westin after enjoying a concert at the Sandler Center . We found the staff to be extremely friendly. Alyssa, at the reception desk, was very helpful in providing directions to our eating destination as well as information about the hotel. Thank you for our enjoyable evening.

Late checkout? Nah, wasn’t on their slate,Had to pack up my things, couldn’t negotiate.But hey, not all was a downer, let’s flip the script,Their space, so vast, I was totally whipped.

Here’s the kicker, for the fitness buff,Yoga and recovery bags, can’t get enough.For a mere five bucks, it’s a steal, no bluff,Workout, recover, in their gear so tough.

Omg! The rooms in this hotel is like a master and a half that are huge. The hotel itself embodies the spirit of excellence. I could have just stayed in my room all day ordering room service. It was so relaxing. I recommend The Westin and I am going back

I was here for a function, which included dinner in one of the 2nd floor meeting rooms - very nice meeting room, food was fresh and tasted good, dessert (red velvet cake) was awesome, staff was attentive and pleasant. Beautiful wall at staircase in lobby.

Great location in the town center area of Virginia Beach.
I loved the gym. The in room dining service was great and fast. And how doesn't Iike free parking at a city hotel.
The parking garage is right beside the hotel.
Walking distance to great restaurants as well.

This hotel exceeded my expectations the staff was very friendly and helpful it was right in there around everything. We ate at a restaurant and brought food back and I asked if it was a microwave on the premises and they had one brought to the room this will be my go to hotel when ever I’m in the area

Overall good stay. The AC units weren’t great , can’t go below 68, that was a bummer but overall decent, clean rooms and within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops

Overall very beautiful especially the lobby.... thought the rooms would be a little more spacious especially for the prices being charged

Hotel is centrally located, stayed here couple times. Free parking garage and elevator drops you off behind the front desk. Check in was easy pleasant staff, no issues. Nice lobby, but revolving door was broken, coffee store in lobby w/ limited hours. Places to eat in walking distance. Restaurants and bars. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean, room was cold, AC worked fine. Gym was nice, life fitness equipment. Treadmills, stationary bicycles, 4 elliptical machines, life fitness pulleys, leg extension, hamstring curls (seated), pull downs, and chest press, dumbbell racks 5-50 pounds, stabilization balls, some kettle bells, life fitness medicine balls and slam balls, 2 adjustable benches. Towels there and water dispenser. Did not use the pool. Stayed for one night, would stay again.

We loved our stay here! We will definitely return. Food was great. Rooms are very nice. We even had a treadmill in our room! Location is awesome. We will be doing another staycation!

This hotel is conveniently located to shopping, dining, and other entertainment.

The king sized bed was very comfortable and the rooms were spacious.

The only odd thing was the layout of the room. The desk was incorporated into the entertainment center, putting the TV about 2 feet from your face... and there were only 3 small drawers for your clothes in the same entertainment center. They didn't have a separate dresser for putting your clothes in.

Nice place, super clean. Very friendly and organized. They have free parking but it is kind of hard to find the free parking in the garage, be sure to read the signs and you will find it, entrance on the 2nd floor straight into the Westin.

Wow, what a Great stay! Beautiful room, Great Staff, Nice lobby bar but the best thing FREE PARKING!
