Bought unit with share last June 2019, using it as winter place. So much to do, can’t keep up. Inexpensive to live here. Everything is so close yet very quiet where my unit is across from lake. People are so friendly and helpful. I made quite a few friends now. Where can you find a place to live for less than $400 a month with all the amenities. This is great for 55 and older. Can’t say enough about it.

Jose The Supervisor brought a 4th truck in just special for items that were rusting wrought iron railings for a example as they have been in my Moms front yard a couple weeks. Great team work gentlemen

We moved in and started renting in Emerald Lakes 12 years ago. We bought two years later and have been there since ... and we have no intention of leaving. It's a great community with lots of activities and friendly people. The location is in the middle of whatever you need.

It's really nice Community all the people there are very very nice is that all and it is nice and quiet for elderly people and they have a bunch of activities there that they can do
