St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store Clermont

This thrift store is always pleasant to shop in. I love that the store is clean and items are displayed in an easy-to-shop appealing manner. All of the employees are kind and helpful, I have found some great treasures for myself and hard to find toys that my daughter loves. We always plan a trip to the store when visiting the area and have never been disappointed.

Large selection and plenty of parking. Very friendly staff. As with many thrift stores, the prices range from bargain to “ambitious” but overall there’s plenty to find to make it worth checking out when we’re in the Clermont area.

We moved my father-in-law to Madison assisted living this past weekend. I purchased an all leather, ox blood, electric reclining sofa, looks brand-new for $200. Lisa went Above & Beyond to help me. From finding an extra long extension cord, to trying to help us arrange delivery; all With No AC. It was 99° that day, so you can imagine. We put the couch on 2 dollies & delivered it ourselves. Thank you so much, Lisa. You are an Amazing, Sweet Person! Keep helping others, it Is Appreciated! We Appreciate You.

This place is amazing! The staff are awesome and so helpful. I would recommened stopping in and shopping.

This store is the cleanest and most organized out of the ones I've been in. The staff is very nice and helpful. I do wish; however, that they would have let me know of their discounts a long time ago though such as "Like" them on Facebook for a discount, or give them your phone number as a member to receive a discount once you spend a certain amount of money. (I was only told about these discounts from the store in Apopka.) Oh, and once you turn 55, you get a discount....BONUS!
I think that if the Clermont Store would share this information that they would get more (and repeat) customers because everyone likes a deal.
The manager is super sweet and welcomes suggestions. I definitely love shopping in the Clermont Store!

The best thrift store in Clermont. The staff are incredible, super friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and organized. And the best part are the sales! I love the color discounts, especially 99 cents every week. I also recommend checking them out on Facebook as they post flash sales on there. Keep the sales coming, and I will continue to shop! :)

I have donated to Thrift stores the majority of my adult life. I had the opportunity to receive help from St. Vincent due to my delay in shipping of my household goods from Maryland to Florida. Wonderful selection here! I love thrifting and I was searching for 80s, 90s, and 2000s pieces here. Immediately, I found plenty of tops, jackets, and even late 80s prom dress (perfect condition). Prices were a bit high here, but I saw others negotiating with the associates and they were willing to compromise. Great place for thrifting, will definitely be back in the future!

Great store. Lovely people. Found a beautiful mid century modern dresser here. It's fantastic. The whole store is put together. Very well, it doesn't have "junk" piles like so many other thrift places do. I look forward to coming in again to find another treasure.

We go to the clairmont store a few times a month and find that your store has changed. It changed for the better, the new lay out and personal. The check out staff were so nice and friendly. One person who my friend and I found vary pleasant was Rachael. Rachael was talking to a family a member, she went over the top checking us out. So pleasing to talk to and always suggesting if we had found or looked at the new arrivals that came in. Love all that that they have done. Thanks and God bless <>><

I like supporting local charities. They have so many things, from clothes to appliances. Everything is reasonably priced and I check here often if I am looking for an item that doesn't have to be new. I have purchased couches, chairs, kitchen gadgets and picked up a couple of ties. Parking can be tricky sometimes. If you're looking for a bargain that also helps the community, this is a great place.

I was surprised to see a good selection of products, I bought a couch, paintings, some clothes, and everything was in excellent condition. Plus the staff helped me bring out the items to my truck, also they were friendly and it made it a good atmosphere to shop in. I'll definitely be back again!

I recently moved to the Clermont area and was so happy to find this St Vincent de Paul thrift store for several reasons. First, when I was a child (I am in my 60s now), in New York City, this organization sent me And my siblings to summer camp free of charge for many years. Those were the best of times. I was always so grateful to them for helping my single Mom to allow us to have those very memorable experiences at no cost to her. Second, SVDP still, to this day, helps so many families in need, so the least I could do for their generosity, is to make donations and purchases as often as I can. I know they are such a great asset to any community they are located in. Thanks for the memories, SVDP, and Rachael for her great customer service.

I have donated to this store several times. I read the previous reviews, and I have not had a negative experience as others have described. You go around the back with donations. A middle-aged black man and a teenager helped me the last 2 times that I was there. They were both very helpful and nice. They thanked me for the donation and offered the tax slip to fill out. No problems! :-)

I have also shopped in the store. I did not find the prices to be high. :-)

Things have moved around a little since the last time I was in there. I like that there were separated racks with the tag color that was the best deal today. I was disappointed that the sizes weren't sorted very well. Still one of my favorite thrift stores.

LOVE THIS STORE! Go there often. VERY FRIENDLY staff & good variety. Prices are reasonable compared to other thrift stores. Older gentleman that runs the place is SUPER SWEET & goes out of his way to help! Like them on FB for a discount.

The people are friendly and helpful. I like shopping there for mostly Clothes. but they have reasonable prices on all their .things. It's a good place to shop.
