Clove Salon Aveda

I would definitely recommend Clove Salon especially Lily. When she colored my hair we discovered after about 5-10 minutes after she put the color on that I am allergic to something in their solution. Lily was very concerned and immediately rinsed and washed the solution out of my hair. Although I can’t get my hair colored there, I will continue getting it cut by Lily. The salon is clean and everyone there is helpful and friendly.

Lex was my daughter's stylist for her Prom and did an amazing job! Beautifully done!

My stylist from the previous appt had left the salon. I was reassigned to Lisa. BEST CHANGE EVER!! She really showcases her talent as one of the senior stylists. She knew exactly what would work with my hair type and face, but that still worked with my lifestyle.

I went to Clove Salon Aveda for the first time yesterday. Lisa gave me a partial plus highlight and haircut. She is amazing! I love my highlights and I have never been happier with my haircut. I highly recommend Lisa and the salon. Everyone was professional and friendly. I am so thankful I found Lisa to do my hair!!!! Thank you, Lisa!

My first time there. They were so welcoming. Karla did a fantastic job on my hair. When I told her I'd never straightened it before she insisted on doing it and I loved it.

I am new to Clove and had an exceptional experience. Karla took the time with me to explain what works best for my hair and I absolutely love it!

This was my second visit and was not sure whether I would return to this salon. On my first visit, I was referred to someone other than the stylist I requested due to "illness." On this visit, I wanted to give the stylist I originally chose a try. We got started fifteen minutes late, with no explanation. I gave her a photo showing what I wanted. When she finished, it was similar but much shorter, not undercut, and the under-layers were very uneven. She said it was because my left ear was bigger than my right. (What?!) Considering I paid for a Master Stylist, I don't feel I got that level of service. Did I mention it? No, of course not. The whole experience was uncomfortable and not the relaxing visit I had expected. The only bright spot I saw in the salon was their receptionist. She was professional, pleasant and handled a crush of incoming phone calls and clients with no problem at all. I'm truly sorry. I don't like to give negative reviews, but felt I needed to speak up this time.

1/12/2023 - I wanted to add to my review and amend my rating after speaking with the salon today. While no one can reverse what happened during my visit, the salon owners have gone out of their way to offer a solution, which I sincerely appreciate. I understand an issue cannot be corrected if no one knows it exists, and they thanked me for bringing it to their attention. Likewise, once a problem is reported, it is only fair to allow them the opportunity to resolve it. I will be returning to give them that chance, and feel confident this next visit will be much better. I greatly appreciate their compassion, understanding, and professionalism. Problems will occur because it's impossible to get it perfect all the time. The way those issues are handled is what sets a business apart. Clove Salon Aveda is one of the good ones, and I plan to review my next visit ... hopefully with a higher rating.

This salon had definitely overcome my initial reservations. Since the challenges of that first visit, Courtney has continued to provide exemplary service. She is not only a skilled stylist, she is also caring and compassionate. Regardless how many other clients might be in the salon, she succeeds in making me feel like I'm the only one there. It may sound like a small thing, but it makes a big difference and I look forward to my visits with her. I would highly recommend this salon, and especially Courtney.

I’m so happy with my hair stylist Nancy!! Finally I found somebody in Florida that can do my hair the way I like it and I don’t feel like I have to run home to fix it. I love this salon the customer service is great and this salon is professional and most of all so clean! ❤

My previous stylist no longer works there so I chose to go with a new talent. Kiersten was wonderful. I love Clove.

I recently moved to Florida from Pittsburgh and was getting my haircut at an Aveda salon there. I was so pleased with the services I received there that I immediately searched for an Aveda salon in Clermont. Clove Salon is now my home salon! The minute you enter the salon the staff are friendly and welcoming. I have been there twice and Lily has cut my hair both times. I couldn't be more pleased with my hair. She is friendly, professional and asks for my input as to what I'm looking for with my hair. The salon is clean and very organized. The prices are reasonable for
the quality of services received.

I'm new to the area and made my appointment for my first cut at this salon. Courtney was recommended to me for her expertise with short hair. I was very happy with the salon, Courtney and the haircut! Thank you, I'll be back again! Update: I've been using this salon since that first cut and continue to be extremely happy with their service!!

Excellent salon I highly recommend them! They were able to accommodate my mother and I for hair color on short notice and their prices are very reasonable. The staff is very friendly.

My daughter and I were first-time clients and we had Courtney as our stylist. We could not be happier! She was patient, took her time getting to know what we wanted and needed, gave outstanding advice on hair care and styling, and most importantly, we LOVE our cut and color!

Lily was great! Did a wonderful job!! Turned my home box colored hair into something beautiful! I highly recommend her!!!

angie was my stylist and she did an amazing job on my hair. she was very through and kind, she made sure she did my hair exactly how i wanted it. i love my hair. the salon is very clean and professional, i had a wonderful time getting my hair done here. i will definitely be coming back.

Courtney is the best! I've gone through 5 or 6 stylists and at least four salons trying to find someone competent to cut my hair properly and enable it to keep some shape while growing out! She has succeeded! Finally, someone to cut my hair so I don't have to be anxious wondering if the stylist can cut my hair well.
