We stayed at “Almost Gulf Front”. It was an absolutely charming private home across the street from the beach! Very secluded pool and spa. Had everything we needed, loved the outdoor shower and huge grill! Great customer service, communication and no issues with rental. Overall great experience!! We will be using Beach House again.

Wow. This is a 5-star operation from start to finish. Thank you Billy Kellee and team for an incredible two weeks in AMI. We vacation frequently and have many real estate renter experiences in our travels. Many/Most are transactional. Beach House Real Estate builds a relationship and anticipated our needs. From the golf cart being larger and nicer than any we've ever rented, to calling the office for help around the island, to recommendations, they just did not miss on anything. Wish there were more Beach House Real Estates in the vacation rental market elsewhere. But if it's Anna Maria Island, we will never use anyone but Billy and his awesome team. There is no second best when in comes to AMI.

This house was perfect for our large family. Everyone had it's own bath which was very nice. It could use more pots and pans in the kitchen but we made do with what we had. Our family loved the pool area. Somewhere to hang towels and wet suits would be a great add on. The walk to the beach was short and easy even with our toddlers.

Our house Blue Water View was clean and well equipped and close to the beach. Beach House Real Estate made it easy for my family to rent. This is one of the best houses on Homes Beach. This was the third time we rented this house and will probably rent again next year.

This home was perfect for our large family! Everyone having their own individual bathroom was ideal, multiple decks, large open kitchen.. it all just worked. When you are traveling with 8 adults having enough space is crucial. We spent several afternoons in the pool, but were thrilled with the homes location close to Pine Ave., Rod & Reel, Anna Maria City Pier, and Bean Point. We've never stayed on this end of the island and it did not disappoint!

great house, very convenient to the beach. window blinds in couple of bedrooms need replacing. Hot water in house needs to be turned down a little. otherwise, we love the house.

Had a couple small issues at our rental, but those things were taken care of quickly! Beautiful location, rental, and vacation! Would definitely rent from Beach House AMI again.

There is no better rental company around for vacation stays. Or in our case, a place to hold a family memorial for our daughter. BHRE was able find a beautiful place for all of us including our out of state family and did so on extremely short notice. Thank you from all of us 🙏

Beach House Real Estate's Rental Home on AMI was excellent. The house itself was very comfortable even with a full family and kids. The kids loved the room with the bunkbeds as they had a place to play away from everyone else. They also loved the Classic Video Game Cabinet. The pool and patio was a great place to hang out when wanting to skip or even after getting back from the beach, which was a very short walk. The home provided many chair, body boards, umbrellas and even bikes to ride around the island. We'll definitely be renting again from here for our vacations.

Best rental experience ever! I have been vacationing every summer at Anna Maria for the past 50 years. Beach House Real Estate has been by far the best company to work with. They are extremely professional, friendly and so easy to work with. The condominium unit was exactly as described in the ad. There were no hidden surprises. I have had experiences in the past where the pictures looked fabulous yet the actual condo was not so fabulous. I am a realtor and during our vacation my family continuously made comments that this was by far the best vacation experience with a real estate company we ever had! I highly recommend Beach House Real Estate for all your vacation needs!

Everything about our trip exceeded our expectations. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 kids. The house was set up perfectly and was very clean. We used the pool and hot tub every day and the boys all fished from the dock. There was a family of manatees in the channel during our whole stay! We used the bikes every day and the beach chairs/umbrella were a great bonus! We also played a lot of board games - there were great classics to choose from! Overall a fantastic family week thank you very much!!

This is a wel located and desirable property. Very nicely decorated with very high end appliances (almost too high end to figure out how they actually work!).

It was a perfect house for our family holiday of three generations. The house is beautiful and very well equipped. The location is perfect. We easily walked to the beach and the Pine Avenue. Everyone was totally satisfied. The only issue we had is that the pool was not heated on the first day because something happened to heating control. The rental managers got it fixed immediately. We loved our stay at this house. It had everything we needed for a quiet and comfortable stay on Anna Maria. The house is spacious and updated throughout. We had a larger group (7 people) for a few of the nights and there was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable sleeping and not feel on top of one another.
The pier is a short walk from the house, as well as many of the restaurants.

The view was the best part. You literally open the back door and you are on the beach. Afternoon rain storms were also nice for relaxing.

We would definitely book again.

We recently booked via Beach House AMI. They were very helpful and professional with all their communication. They answered all my questions within a timely response. We loved the house (Good Vibrations). The location is excellent, walk to the beach, Manatee Café, easy access to the shops and also the bridge of the island. The house is in a quiet street with the dock and the view out to the bay (Skyway Bridge) by the pool making it very pleasant place to relax. The house was very well equipped and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed apart from a kettle but the realtor brought this to us when we asked. We really liked the extra additions bikes and beach chairs - went on lots of bike rides, I usually hire a bike so this was an added bonus. Also the chairs and umbrella were excellent - all Tommy Bahamas and so nice to be able to take these to the beach. (again we normally have to buy). We have visited AMI many times and stayed in lots of lovely homes, however this house was so nice that we all really relaxed and said we would stay again. We have never been back to the same house before.

Not that I want to put anything negative as we really did enjoy the house and our stay - however these are more general points for the owners. The only thing that let the house down was 2 other rooms could do with some proper draw units or shelves in the wardrobe for our clothes. All the furniture in the rest of the house was lovely appeared new and strong. The only thing we had to use in the bedrooms was plastic draws and this made it difficult and hard to unpack and see our clothes. It would be even better if the bathrooms had a little makeover or new shower curtains. The main bathroom has a small door opening and my mum slipped getting out and had an serious fall, bruising her back and arms. The top balcony had a great table for lunch and evening meals with a view however in the sun it was very hot and could benefit from a parasol or sun shade. The house has been renovated lovely and the pool and spa is fab. Other additions that we feel would make this house an A* would be an downstairs toilet near the shower area by the pool and maybe an area for a fridge/sink and bar under the balcony. Regardless of all these points, I would still say this is a great house and we would return. We had a fantastic time! Thank you

2nd year spending a week in the Beach Side Paradise. We LOVE this house. Plenty of room (there was 11 of us this year) and you don't feel on top of each other. The pool and hot tub are great also. The rooftop patio makes this house - it is a favorite in the morning and evening. You can see the entire island and water around you - amazing! Kitchen is stocked with plates, cooking essentials, etc. Bathroom and bedrooms are roomy. The local trolley takes you every where if you don't want to drive or call the Monkey Bus (donation only ride). Love AMI and this house!

From the reservation, to arrival, to journeys end, our experience could not have been better. House was immaculate and perfect for the 14 of us. We needed a propane tank refill for the grill on a Saturday night and it was delivered right away. Location was perfect for quick access to the beach, great restaurants and shops. One of our best vacations ever.

My family and I loved the home. We will definitely be staying again. My father has cancer and is very week, it was so nice to have the elevator to help him and to unload all our things. So much stuff provided for us, it was a home away from home. Everything was perfect. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!
