Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Our server Ashley made our experience a prefect one. Our order was taken and delivered better than any visit we have had before. She should get employee of the month and a raise in pay.

We're out in the area today so we thought we would try Olive Garden. What a great experience talk about customer service from being sat down we immediately were introduced to Nick who truly loves his job.

Nick gave us some great options said no pressure I just want to make sure I'm taking care of you, we've never had service this good anywhere.

It didnt stop there Nike also kept swinging by again excusing himself saying I don't want to be in your face but I want to make sure you guys are okay.. Service like this is unheard of.

It didn't stop there after ordering they make sure that your food is brought out piping hot as soon as it's made. This is done by food runners.

It's all about teamwork the runners jump in to help out and when they served us they said is there anything else we need I said all I could use a Top-Up of water and they brought that back right away. Usually you get I'll let your server know.

I had the lasagna it was hot and so cheesy with a delicious marinara meat sauce it looks so good I jumped in and took the picture after I had a couple of bites.

We also met Alex who came over and had a great conversation with us both Nick and Alex loved to have conversation and I like talking to people and learning about them and and their Journey.

Obviously this company takes care of these guys cuz they truly do love their job and it's represented by their awesome customer service.

You can choose either unlimited soup or unlimited salad Nick mentioned why don't you get salad and your wife the soup and you can share.

The salad was amazing they brought out a huge Bowl it had so many ingredients in it not like the little side salads you get at other restaurants with part of a tomato and a half a carrot if you're lucky.

The minestrone soup was so good as well and you can keep asking for more as much as you want.
That also includes breadsticks which Nick mentioned hey with the breadsticks just order a side sauce either alfredo or marinara and it makes a great starter the sauce is about $4.

Both Nick and Alex are a huge benefit to this company and I want to give them a great big thank you for making our day.
I also heard Nick speaking Spanish and I said to him you're bilingual too he goes yeah I picked it up.

The prices are quite reasonable considering the salads and the soups are so good and they are unlimited.

I would definitely check this place out and you can certainly go there being on a budget.

The service there was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. Our waiter was Alex and he was phenomenal 👏. He never ever let our drinks reach below halfway and was checking on us often but not an annoying amount. Alex made sure we were cared for and was very fast and we had a very little wait time for our food. We also got a free dessert for my birthday and he made it extra special. He did everything outstanding and went above and beyond our expectations. Next time we go there we will definitely ask for Alex next time, we love him!!!

Good food at a reasonable price...Love the salad and bread sticks...try the pasta r fagioli

Our server was very knowledgeable on the different meals we were looking at. Gave great recommendations on what we were looking for. Had a wonderful time and meal.

I’ve been to a few Olive Gardens over the years but this one was the absolute best. From the minute we walked in and were greeted by Matt until we left it was a 5 Star experience. The food was delicious and the service we received from our waitress Cynthia was amazing. Our party of six all agreed this location was the absolute best Olive Garden we ever ate at. I highly recommend it and make sure to ask to be seated in Cynthia’s area and you won’t be disappointed.

I came in with my elderly parents who have dementia and our server Jason was so attentive and understanding! he was patient and extremely caring with them! Absolutely a wonderful day out for us which is hard to do with to parents suffering from dementia. Thank you Jason we will definitely be back soon!!

Had a great dinner tonight at Olive Garden. Food was great all around. The Chicken and shrimp Carbonara was amazing. Definitely recommended. Service was great as well.

It was a Friday. We beat the rush arriving at around 4:00. Todd was our server and was excellent! Food was fresh and hot and so so yummy. My only wish is that the chickens can't be have a lunch portion as it is so very expensive. No managers walked by and asked about our experience or anything so hopefully someone will give Todd a kudos!

Fidel was an extremely kind waiter. We enjoyed our experience very much.

The fettuccini Alfredo and soup was missing salt but we added it by hand. And the place is extremely cold but I had a sweater in the car.

Came to this location as part of a small group. Staff was great in getting us seated close together and wait staff exceptional. Food was fresh and large portions.

Service was great, everything was fresh. my server Mark was top tier. And the eggplant and spaghetti was to die for…

My sister and I happened to be in town at the same time for the holidays and we had a gift card for Olive Garden. Amber was our server and she was fantastic! My sister and I were able to relax and take a trip down memory lane while eating great food and getting great service! 5 stars for Amber, thanks again!

We had the best experience at Olive Garden in Bradenton today. Our servers, yes, there were 2 as our party was big, were superior and the food was equally delicious. It is hard to find good food and service these days but hats off to Olive Garden for delivering both. Wish I could remember our servers names as they deserve to be commented but unfortunately I can't remember. Thanks again. We will be back.

We just left Olive Garden and we want to give a great compliment to Lina for her great hospitality and service. Our food was delicious and was served on time. Every thing was hot and fresh. Also want to give a shot out to the managers who checked in with us several times. We would highly recommend this Olive Garden. Thank you

Option for healthier and gluten free foods. Lasagna is good here. Service is good.Parking is good. Wife likes thier bread. Will be back.

It was our servers last day there he will be missed was very thorough. Everything came out on time. Hot. Good no mixup. I was truly impressed for how busy they were.

Lina is such an amazing server! She is so attentive, anticipates your needs and goes above and beyond. She absolutely deserves a raise!! Thank you for the amazing service tonight.
