Anna Maria General Store

This placce is a "MUST STOP AT" every time i visit the island. Love this little store ! It has great food and grocery items that come in handy when you are at this end of the island. They even have a little gift shop with icecream !
I think the cutest part is that they even advertise other local businesses on the island and it gives it a small town feeling.

Chicken salad and Italian cold cut subs were top notch. Thoroughly enjoyed them. Many other choices too.

A good variety household items, snacks, etc. Includes a small grill that has delicious food. An ice cream parlor (Dips) is attached to the store...

Best ice cream spot on island. My granddaughters want to go daily.

Modest selection of items in the General Store. My review is mainly based on the ice cream. They serve Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream (from Wisconsin) Best Ice Cream around. Also tried their Mango and Tangerine sorbet, which was so tasty and fruity! More expensive than other ice cream places, but Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream is the best!

Creative, artsy, convenient place. Groceries, ice cream, wine & beer, souvenirs.... And the award-winning Christmas lights are all out. Beautiful! What a gem here in AMI.

Amazing shop! A must visit

Very good place to go if your on the island!! The food there is awesome!! Everything you order is super fresh and delicious!! They have a little bit of everything here! so you really don't have to keep running to publix!! The prices are competitive to any of the places on the island, if not cheaper! It is a must to stop in and check out there food menu or any of the awesome desserts they have in the counter!! The staff is very friendly and helpful!! Go on in there and check it out you will not be disappointed!!

I love the Anna Maria General store! The sandwiches are so yummy! And I love that you can call in your order and it’s ready when you get there for pick up. Brian and his staff are always so welcoming and nice. I feel like family there!

Quaint little store. Nice helpful people that work there. Little bit of everything. Grab a sandwich for lunch, pick-up a bottle of red for dinner later, and don't forget to get a little ice-cream for the ride back.

Best ice cream we had on the island! Very thick and buttery. We went back several times. The young lady who waited on us, was so patient and kind.

This is a fantastic business, and the enchanted man who runs this is a fantastic addition to the local community. The Pine Avenue General Store gives so much Back to the Island community, we will never be able to give them as much support as they give us. They also are our great spot to grab sandwiches, ice cream, Etc

Great general store located on Anna Maria Island. Ice Cream in yhe front and delicious sandwiches made to order. Try the Reuben, it's awesome!!

Really enjoyed it. Had a little of everything including sandwiches and baked goods from the bakery next door and a really nice patio to sit and eat outsde. Also connected to dots penny candy and fresh I e cream in front. A real nice treat.

I've been coming to Anna Maria for 30 years. It's a great town. Very low key. No high rise buildings. Great restaurants and shops. Wonderful places to stay and a wide white beach.

They have almost everything at very good prices. A bottle of lemonade on a island is cheaper here than any where on the main land. Staff is very friendly. Great overall experience. This is a mandatory place on Anna Maria!

The best place to go on the Island (AMI) for groceries and sandwiches, cookies, pie, cake, etc. They have it all here and they pride themselves on being the best. Also, the ice cream shop DIPS is located inside and their ice cream is the best on the Island. My daughter insists we drive from Bradenton to Dips every time we want ice cream even though there are literally 5 other places nearby lol. She loves it.

This place is so cute and the employees are so nice! Great food. Good quality good price. I am a certified yelper.
