Best Sweet Tea in all of Florida!!! (I love good sweet tea when I'm not drinking beer!!!) Awesome breakfast burritos, but get there early they go quick! Wide assortment of deli sandwiches that will make ya full at lunchtime!! This is the only place I stop at on AMI!!!

The red headed manager lady was super nice and very helpful. Nicest person working there by far.

Helpful and friendly staff. Good place to stop & grab a few items fast. Nice selection of local beers.

The majority of people who work here are nice and wonderful but there's a bigger older lady who is extremely rude and unhelpful and was giving me all kind of attitude when I just needed a little help she straight-up refused to help and I still wished her to have a wonderful night after she's talking about she's going to get everybody else fired for helping me

Pumps work and the price is fair for the location. The appearance however is fairly sketchy looking. Never actually been inside though so I can not vouch for the interior. The pumps all worked with receipts at the pump.

Gas prices are good, the store and restrooms are not.

Purchased gas from them two days ago which was contaminated with water from the recent storms . Yesterday our golf cart would not run which means we were stuck changing plugs draining tanks along with buying containers to get gas from Bradenton.

We always try and buy local to support the island but never again at this shell.

They had environmental tank cleaners there for several days after the storms but they obviously didn’t test their product before they opened. Thankfully all the pumps are shut down as of today.

The gentleman was very patient even though he was frustrated with the register. The lady was not so patient and rude. All I wanted to do is add my rewards number and the lady told me oh well because it didnt show up on the screen. Some people just don't have patience for customer services. I hope she has a better day.

some old lady screamed at me and my elderly papaw for walking on an open side of the gas station because she had apparently just mopped but how was we supposed to know when there was no wet floor sign and she was just posing with the mop. I understand she was very serious about her moping, but it never really is that serious. moping is a very seriously hard job, maybe so serious they should shut the store down for a few minutes so she can mop her floors.

Walked in and with in 3 seconds I was humiliated infront of the congestion of customers packed in line to be checked out in the entryway. The women working (the deli, I suppose) was extremely rude about not wearing a mask, like I was a walking Covid Monster. Then told me they have a mask if I needed one. Then the cashier lady handed me a mask from a unknown place, while handling both sides of it after taking cash and not sanitizing. Then lied and said she just sanitized. The gentleman obviously aggravated as well, pointed out the cashier wasn't wearing hers over her nose properly. Then she started yelling at him causing him to walk out, shortly followed by me. Never again

Told my child they don't have a bathroom. Nasty people. The following evening they were closed over an hour before 10 pm. This location doesn't deserve the Shell name.

I went in and asked for 20 dollars worth of gas and a sandwich, the cashier gave me my change. Some kind of mistake was made and the pump wouldnt pump the gas. I went back inside and she said it was fine now. Assuming the gas pump would stop at 20, i let the pump run while i wiped off my hands. The pump didnt stop and it ran to 25.35. I caught it and shut it off and decided to be honest and go tell the lady what happened. She grabbed her manager "jimmy" and he wasnt great. Basically accused me of putting the nozzle back and resetting the pump and demanded the money. Pretty much saying it was my fault. I said no, thats your fault. He was like FINE. JUST GO. GO. GO. How was i supposed to know your system went down? I paid for what i asked for and he made me look like a fool in front of the other customers. The cashier was super nice, but the manager was rude over something that i didnt do. Never ask your customers to fix your mistakes.
