I purchased my 2023 Jeep Wrangler in January 2023. My purchase experience was mediocre at best. My salesperson didn't work with me at all as far as the purchase price of the jeep (no wiggle room at all) nor did he budge at all on the trade in value of my Tahoe. However, the service department has been fantastic! My service advisor George Cermak has been excellent. He always returns my calls, keeps me updated, goes the extra mile and takes great care of my Jeep!

I was promptly upon arrival by Kaine. Turned out to be one of the best representative I’ve ever dealt with at a dealership. After working with him for several days we came to a deal that I was completely comfortable and happy with. I bought a 2023 Dodge Challenger, RT. Kaine, the salesman, completely understood what I was looking for in a vehicle and put me in the right car.

I own a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee summit with 3,600 miles. I drove it to Florida, and the Jeep app told me I had a transmission issue. I called the dealer, and they gave me an appointment the next morning at 8:30. They scanned my vehicle and assured me there were no problems. This was the friendliest, nicest dealership I have been to. They treated me with excellence, even though I am from CT and didn’t buy my vehicle from them. If you are from Florida, I highly recommend using this dealership over any other Chrysler dealer in the area. Eric, the service writer, is fantastic.

Came to Firkins for a Jeep Wave oil change and tire rotation. I was met at the service bay door and was told my service advisor was in the last service kiosk. I was going to remember his name to give him a great review, but it’s been a week and I didn’t write it down. Matt Maybe? So maybe Matt kept me informed throughout the process and summarized the service in an expert manner upon completion. Also, the coffee machine in the waiting room…👍.

Service as always was impeccable. I went in for an oil change and to replace a key fob battery John got it taken care of for me in a timely fashion and also gave me a heads up what I may need the next time. David was also great to talk to as always, I only go here for any of my car needs.

Our family travels fulltime across Canada and the USA in an RV and we pull our 43" Fifth wheel with our Ram 3500 Dually (which we love). We have been to many dealerships for service across both countries and when we find a dealership with great service, we are so grateful! My experience with Firkins was great as far as car buying goes. No major buying pressure, no pressure for upsells, responded quickly to emailed questions and phone calls.

I worked with Scott Betti and although I have a healthy distrust of car dealers and sales people, Scott seemed genuine, helpful and like-able. When I'm ready to get my next Ram, I'll go back.

Been in multiple times over the last couple of months with my vehicle. Just little odds and ends as my factory warranty was about to expire. Jake was very attentive to detail as a service writer, that is very important. All of my issues were handled in a timely matter. I will be back.

Well organized and I felt it was totally stress free. Everyone was really nice. I had a full maintenance completed and I felt that the price was fair and reasonable and I didn’t wait long. The waiting area is comfortable although the day I was there the coffee machine wasn’t working and it was a cold morning. There were other cold drinks available. Thank you. Great work by everyone.
