The BEST dental office I have EVER been to. I’m 68 and have visited and silently endured many dentists. I came in to have a crown recemented. I was a new patient coming in on a friend’s referral and worried about getting the run around on the “extra charges, extra work”, etc.
I was received with a warm welcome; the office staff and assistants treated me like family. Dr. Perez explained everything in detail as to what needed to be done. He quoted me a very reasonable price and asked if I was ready to proceed. So many times I have been seated in the chair and very little was explained and NEVER have I been asked if I have any questions! It is a rare find to know a dentist who takes the time to explain details, listens, and responds with integrity to my questions. Dr. Perez cares and treats his patients with respect. The same for his staff; they are a reflection of his care for them.
I recommend this family practice and I’ll tell you, you won’t be disappointed.

I do not usually write reviews, but this team deserves recognition. Dr. Jesus Perez has been my dentist for many years, and Tiffany Franks has been my dental hygienist for just as long. Dr. Perez does not recommend the route to make money over the route to save your teeth if possible. I am 61 yrs old and still have my teeth as opposed to other recommendation for implants since I have receding gums. I recently attended a function where one of my students that graduated over fifteen years ago said "You still have a great smile." I thought, Wow!... made my day. Thank you Dr. Perez and thank you Tiffany for your expertise and gentleness cleaning my teeth.
Oh, the massage chair is a bonus!

Dr. Perez is knowledgeable and made sure that I was completely comfortable and at ease during my visit. Dr. Perez took the time to explain every step of my treatment plan and made sure that I was aware of all my options. I left the office feeling confident in the care I received, and with a beautiful smile. If you're looking for a top-notch dental office, I highly recommend Dr. Perez.

I absolutely 💯 LOVE this place. The Doctor and the staff is extremely friendly and professional especially Jennifer. More importantly, they do great scheduling... you're NOT sitting in the waiting room for hours because someone did poor planning. That's very important to me.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Perez for over a decade. He saved one of my teeth with fillings. He is honest and straightforward and my hygienist is great. I won’t go anywhere else. My husband has been to other offices previously and they are all after your money.

Also, Dr. Perez gives great botox treatments. Ask your hygienist about it on your next visit!

Dr Perez is very professional, very mild mannered. Warm and considerate, his staff is warm and friendly. The first day I walked through the door I felt very welcomed. Dr Perez is very honest and his assessments are thorough. I am currently a patient of Dr Perez for more than a year. I am convinced through my experience that Dr Perez is dedicated to give the best possible care to his patients. He was recommended to me by my friend. I had some bad experience in the past and was looking for a honest dentist. He is a man of good character and I am satisfied.

The staff at Dr. Perez' office is very professional but also very nice and welcoming as well; it feels like they are part of my family. I'm not a big fan of going to the dentist but Dr. Perez is a very good dentist, doesn't ever "hurt" and does beautiful work so I don't mind going to see him and always trust his recommendations and work. I would recommend him to anyone needing a good dentist.

Dr. Perez is a great dentist. I can't say enough about him. His chairside manner is professional, courteous, kind, caring and very thoughtful. Dr. Perez knows how to take care of the difficult situations that arise in a person's life when it comes to dentist work. His office staff does a great job on teeth cleaning too. Finding a new dentist is always stressful. The first dentist I saw in Clermont just didn't meet my expectations. I tried Dr. Perez recently & was very pleasantly surprised. He took time to listen to my concerns, answered my questions & laid out a plan to address the issues. Members of his staff were also helpful, pleasant & efficient. No doubt in my mind that I will continue to have good dental care at this office.

If you want a dentist that actually cares about his patients then please come here! I trust no one else with my teeth except for Dr. Perez! I have gone to other dentist but all they do is lie and try to get you to spend unnecessary money!!! Plus Mrs. Chris the receptionist is AMAZING ❤❤❤ Overall, this is one of the best dentist offices around!

Dr. Perez and his staff are top quality. His knowledge and patience are especially comforting for our smaller children. My entire family is taken care of by Dr. Perez. We have been coming here for many years and look forward to having his help in maintaining our health now and in the future.

Dr. Perez has been a godsend for my family and I. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He doesn't push unnecessary procedures on you. I drive 45 minutes to see him because he is the only one I trust my family with.

I have been looking for a dentist for a long time! I hope I am not jinxing myself by writing this but this guy is great. My mouth is a mess and he is up to the challenge. He gave me a plan of attack and we started immediately. Very detailed in what he was doing and when. I am terrified of going to the dentist and he made me feel comfortable enough to open my mouth and at least look . After that he is my guy! Pulled two molars and making arrangements for implants. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They're the BEST; ALWAYS a great experience. Will work with you on appt scheduling. My dentist for 10yrs. Honest and straight forward billing no hiding add-on fees for services to you or your insurance carrier.

The only way that you really appreciated having Dr, Perez as your Dentist is when you have to move few hours away from him and you start visiting other Physicians. I never saw somebody so fast so precise in his Procedures and also No Fear a real Dentist, Honest try to help you and call you to see about the work that he did.I will drive hours and hours but for me I only will see Dr.Jesus Perez.

Dr. Perez is amazing, his staff is polite, and he is extremely knowledgeable in his field. He makes you feel relaxed and explains the process before he begins work in your mouth. I give his office an A+.
