I live out of state. Years ago, Bret Jones completely handled my elderly mother’s will, advance directives and (very small) estate trust. Bret is a kind and knowledgeable attorney. I work with many attorneys as part of my career. Frankly, I was shocked by his firm’s fantastic service. This week I called back with estate questions, his office staff accurately relayed my questions and Bret Jones called me back and patiently answered all of my concerns. After almost 5 years he had recall of my family and the legal documents he had prepared were perfect.
I was fully prepared to pay for his time (almost an hour on the phone). He said, “oh no bill, this is a part of our service!” Need I say more? A smaller personalized law firm with real customer service and attention to detail. I will absolutely use Bret Jones again.

Bret Jones and his team are the BEST! Bret leveraged his vast probate, real estate and planning experience and expertise to help my mother and I set up a Living Will so that everything went perfectly smoothly when Mom joined The Lord last year. It's a shame more Bret doesn't have more reviews. He is very knowledgeable. Knows his facts and I had a very thorough conversation with him he knows his stuff. I had a great experience with him and whith a practice that has been around as long as it has and only a few reviews means he isn't cheating to get reviews. And as far as a fee bad reviews, meh. Can't make everyone happy. If the people who had good work with him all wrote a review he would have an excellent rating. He makes his business from repeat clients. He is a solid lawyer

Sadly, we’ve gone through three real estate attorneys over the past few years, who were either too far along in their careers to take a genuine interest in our needs or were too new to the business to have the experience necessary for the task at hand.
