I had an incredible experience with Doris!! I sent in a request at first to see what their availability was like, and she was quick to reply and fit me in immediately. She gave me the exact hair cut I wanted and I am so very happy that I met such a sweet soul! Shelly was also present and she was also very welcoming and kind. The environment is very calming and I’m glad that I found them. Thank you!!

I was in town for a friend’s wedding and needed help pulling my hair up. I have really curly hair and lost some range of motion in my left arm. Needless to say, I can’t pull my own hair up into any style. The wedding was on a Sunday and Shelly only does appointments on Sundays. I popped in on Saturday to see if she could help. She didn’t hesitate and said to come by at noon Sunday and I am so very grateful! It was Super Bowl Sunday and she still fit me in! It was extremely windy that evening but my hair stayed in place despite it being an outdoor wedding and reception. So much so, that I didn’t take my hair down until I returned home in Hawaii two days later. Not only did I not have to wear my hair down or try and find someone else to just throw it up for my flight home, I had my hair done nice for three days :) Nothing fancy, but it still worked for all outfits.

Outside of hair, Shelly is a very kind and welcoming person. If I lived in the area, I for sure would try and be a client.

Absolutely the best salon, convenient and great location and calm atmosphere. No loud music or television that you have to talk over. My stylist Stacie Shelley is wonderful, best haircuts I've ever had, a joy to talk with and so professional and on time. You can't go wrong with her. The place is immaculate and very intimate vibe.

I have not been to a hair salon in nearly 10 years! 😑 What a MISTAKE! So I had been looking online for some inspiration of what I was interested in getting. For nearly 10 years I just got my hair trimmed at home, and I was ready for a change. A new look, a new self confidence. LET ME TELL YOU, I got that here. My appointment was with Shelly. She was amazing. I am very awkward and anxious when it comes to small talk. Cutting hair takes time to do so there definitely has to be small talk. I could tell she was so comfortable and was used to doing it because she would just say random stuff and I was able to respond and continue a bit of back and forth. I had a great experience, it wasn't expensive like other places around. I 100% recommend going here. Not only was Shelly great but the other lady at the chair diagonally behind her (idk her name) but I watched her throughout and she does a great job too! I will definitely be going back when I have the funds for a color! My before photo is about the length my hair was the only difference is my hair now had a amethyst tint. The 2nd photo is out the door in my car, and the 3rd is after i got home and played with it. This cut is so versatile, i can do many different things!! Thank you so much Shellys Salon! 🖤
