Publix Pharmacy at Eagle Ridge Shoppes

I wanted to take time to thank the amazing pharmacy team at Publix for helping us in a bind. My Autistic who's also been diagnosed with ADHD and OCD takes medications regularly to help him function in school. The amazing group at the Publix Pharmacy always helps to make sure that his meds are filled on time and available when we need them. This week, the pharmacy reached out to let me know that they contacted the doctor several times, but never responded to filling the prescription. Publix notified me of the issue and helped to make sure my son had enough medication until the doctor got back to me. Luckily, we were able to get the meds filled by the doctor. So an issue created by my son's doctor was quickly rectified by our neighborhood pharmacy. I want to thank everyone on the team. You really show how much you care and that you are here to help us when we need it. Thank you so much!

Staff is wonderful always willing to go the extra if there is a issue with a prescription they get on the issue

They are always super friendly and try to get your medicines taken care of as soon as possible.

Dig anything Publix related.

So this is my Publix! It’s kind of small and it has everything you might need and for the most part everyone is Super Duper friendly! I’ve noticed that it has gotten very very busy, and the parking lot is almost always packed. So if you are planning a shopping trip go early, like around 8 a.m. Happy Shopping !

The pharmacy always has a long line after work hours. There are 2 registers at the counter which they never use at the same time. You would think someone at the pharmacy would assist to get the line down.

It's really hit or miss. Some of the staff are very professional and nice. Others are rude and seem to lack proper socialization skills. Forget calling them to check if your prescription is ready to pick up; they'll say no (without taking any information from you to actually check) and hang up by dropping the phone.

I was recently diagnosed with pneumonia.After 9 days in the hospital, I was released on 11/16, with 4 prescriptions called in.
Publix takes its own sweet time with getting the scripts filled. One on 1 day, maybe 2 the next. Meds are important and should not be distributed in this mammer.

Two is really me being nice. I just moved to this area and after having such a wonderful experience with the last publix pharmacy o used for 4 years, I felt comfortable staying with a publix. Not this one, they are either providing extremely slow service, rude, or tell you they do not know if they will have your prescription ready before they close...4+ hours from now.

Service here is just lacking management. I place a refill by phone, they never call you to tell you it is ready. Dr. Office sends Rx few day before they are ready. Overall counter personal not really nice and pharmacist or whoever is the supervisor there not nice either. What a shame. Really conveniente area for me and such a bad service.

Don’t bother calling them. Called them three times and hung up on each time with no greeting, no head ups or anything. Place is a joke.

Jennifer... the pharmacist... has no business working in a customer service environment. She is rude, judgmental, snotty, and gives an attitude that she could really care less about her patients. If you want to be treated like a decent human being, go to a different pharmacy. At least until they get rid of her and get someone new. She's horrible.

Zero personality and rude. Tell me to wait to see if my script is in stock then pharmacist walks up hands it back says don’t have it sorry. I asked when it will be and he said several weeks. Very awkward vibe wont be going back.

The pharmacy staff is soo rude! Go some where else to fill your scripts!
