We had a budget that we needed to stick to, and I was skeptical whether we would find a quality home for the price in this crazy market. Corey helped not only with custom MLS searches and many viewings, but also by comparing various cost per square foot scenarios with other sales/listings in the target area. After our offer was accepted, we only had a week to complete the buyer’s home inspections, and his many references saved us a ton of time researching for service providers. We were able to get them all completed in time, and all of the inspectors were pros. Corey took our calls, texts and emails on all days of the week, and kept a calm & friendly demeanor throughout. He took our whole family under his expert care and we really appreciate it. GREAT experience!!!
